Shoes great, quality really bad
Shipping Nice, shoes itself looks really cool and the fit is great. Quality does not resemble the price, shoes do not get sticked and only glued, this resulted in a loose sole after !!2!! Months. Addressed the issue and “they wanted to resolve the case as best as possible”. Sending out a new pair was completely out of order (did not even ask for that in the first place). They told me they could refund me 15% of the product price for repairs. (Paid 40eu repair costs got 9eu refunded) cause I bought my shoes in sale.
True joke of a company and does defenitly not represent or act how they present them selves online. Took me 1,5 weeks to get the 9eu refunded aswell after sending out 2 reminder emails after our last contact when they would not respond to me.
Never buying again and which is truly unfortunetly cause i would’ve been a regular customer if they handled the case well.

Returns very expensive
I wish I had looked into the returns policy of this company before buying two pairs of their shoes. Both pairs were really uncomfortable so I ended up returning them but only found out at the post office that this would cost me £18 even though it's a UK return. That's a very high price for giving a sustainable start-up a chance...

I orderer the Nuven Blackbird sneaker and received them without the white spots around the soles. They arrived today and my first impression is very good. I cannot say anything about the longevity right now, but they seem to be very solid shoes and they look great. Thank you!

The materials feel and look cheap
The materials feel and look cheap, the sole is already peeling off at the front and I have just opened the package which arrived 20 minutes ago. I bought these on discount and I am pretty frustrated with the quality, imagine if I had paid full price, the concept is good but the product is really not worth it. Also unbelievable they make the client pay for returns as an online shop.

It's a shame because the concept is…
It's a shame because the concept is great, but the quality of these shoes is disappointing. After only a few uses, they developed noticeable creases at the toes, and some glue started peeling off. For the price—comparable to Adidas or Nike—this is not a great start. They were comfortable, but the material quality was the main issue.
I also left them in the sun for a few hours, which caused burnt discolouration. Customer support wasn't helpful, insisting it was just dirt and to wash them again, which was frustrating. Really great concept, but they need to improve their quality control.
Edit: the business just mentioned they concluded is dirt based on the pictures. It is not. As I have explained to them repeatedly, I have washed the shoes several times. I offered to send the shoes back so they can inspect that themselves. They refused.

After carefully checking the photos you sent, we have concluded that the stain is due to dirt, not a defect in the material. Based on our experience, using non-neutral cleaning products or leaving cleaning residue can cause this type of stain.
To resolve this, we recommend washing the shoes again, but this time using only water and a soft brush, without any soap. By removing any remaining soap or dirt, the stains should disappear.

I really wanted to like this shoe.
I really wanted to like this shoe.
And it is indeed gorgeous, but the quality control is lacking. My left shoe arrived with a small dimple on the fabric, kinda like it was detaching already. I let it go because I really wanted to wear it. It fits a little smaller than I was expecting so it hurts a little, but I hope it’ll break in.
After wearing it twice it’s showing some stains, apparently from the glue seeping. Since the shoes are white it shows a lot so it’s very disappoint.

extremely cheap quality
Sadly the quality is really, really very poor. They are €30 shoes being sold for €100+.
The inside of the soles are made of some extremely cheap foam and the upper is some kind of fake suede attached to some thin plastic— it feels like the shoes are made of soda bottles.
Their customer service was prompt though.
Also, I’ve never received a package as badly damaged as this. It’s awful. And you have to pay for returns which is going to cost €20+.
Don’t waste your time and money.

On my second order I ordered 4 sneakers to choose from and ended up keeping 3 because I couldn’t choose! The design is beautiful, I love the colorful details. I wish the Nuvem 2 would have kept the width from the Nuvem, but the new cushioning system is to die for, really walking on clouds! Great design, very comfortable and fair price!

I ordered some shoes in early July, they were too small so I asked for an exchange. I returned the order 4 weeks ago with recorded delivery and have heard nothing back, despite multiple emails. No one seems to be responding to anything from the company except on TrustPilot!

Would recommend a model without an open seam
I ordered the Nuvem 2 cream mustique.
The shoes are super comfortable and beautifully designed.
I was happy with them until i started experiencing a rip along the seam at the front of both of them after a couple of uses.
I reported it and luckily the team was very receptive to helping me and are exchanging my shoes free of charge.
I hope these ones won’t have the same problem as I am quite fond of the model.

Shoes are horribly made - started to rip under 5 months. Reached out to customer service and they admitted that they received many complaints and found issues with their products. I was shocked to hear that they would not replace them and offered 50% off the next pair of shoes... No way will I be spending any money with them...
They do not honour the 2 year minimum EU consumer rights, and there is a reason why their warranty is only for 6 months - they don't even trust their own products!

Scam, you end with no shoes or money!
Started this journey last year September. After severall defective shoes (they broke within 6 weeks) I finally received shoes from a different material, but the sizes were not correct. So had to send them back again, but the new shoes that were deliverd were the old ones again, so they would break within weaks. After shipping back and forward four!! different pairs we finally agreed on returning my money, but after 4 weeks I am still waiting on the deposit. If you ask me, look for a trustfull company, I ended up with neiter shoes or money! The only possible way to change or remove this review is by returning the money!
Edit to their reaction: I started complaining after 2 months, because the whole proces to react and come with a solution tool you 9 months the time is past. They offered a full refund TWICE, but two times they withdraw the offer after several weeks. I think the company has big money issues and will collaps, because I am sure according to all the bad reviews about quality I am not the only one.
Big big scam, now I don’t have shoes since I returned them and also have no money. Never ever buy shoes from this company, the quality is the worst I have ever seen and they don’t offer solutions.

I bought two pairs of shoes and am delighted! The shoes do what they promise. The support was very friendly. Thank you Luiza! I don't understand some of the negative comments. It is very clear that returns are at your own expense. This was also the case for me in one instance. (Shoe was smaller than described) So what? The new shoe arrived quickly and fits!
All in all, there are some pretty cool (all-day), extremely comfortable Receycel Sneaker for good money. Great concept. Keep it up👏

Bought a size 9.5 and was later informed by customer service that, due to a sync error, they had ran out of pairs.
At least they refunded my cc in 48h, but disappointing nonetheless.

I followed the instructions on the Undo website to order a 1/2 size up for their Surfer line. I wear 10.5 - 11 shoes so I ordered an 11.5. The shoe was way too tight so I reached out to Undo. They insisted that they couldn't send me a label to return the shoes and that the costs was on the buyer. I wound up spending over $46 dollars just to try on a pair of shoes that the website instructed me re: sizes. A complete waste!
