UNDOMUS Reviews

We purchased an Agape sink with Undomus. Everything went very smoothly from the initial contact with the company till delivery. Very satisfied and our bathroom looks beautiful with this new sink.

Responsive customer service and item arrived as expected.

Great, smooth experience ordering a chair.

Undomus was an amazing experience. We bought a new condo in Miami and were looking for a specific chair for our dining room. Somehow my search brought home up. They had the chair and were able to deliver months before anyone else which was great for us but questions how other retailers manage their business. Animus made the order process easy. Their follow up and communication was outstanding. Chairs arrive early and we saved some $ in the process. I am always dubious doing business with a seller outside the US. But this experience was amazing and we will shop with them again!

Excellent customer service and received a quality product that actually came earlier than expected. Highly recommend them.

Undomus kept me posted and relayed the approximate date the package would arrive and it came early in mint condition. I sent pictures so you can see I LOVE IT?
I plan on sharing and encouraging my friends to visit
your website. They will be glad to find stuff that is different and affordable. Thanks again!

This company offers excepcional customer servicie!

Prompt and helpful customer support! The order arrived on time and everything looks great:)

Excellent customer service! Laura was very kind and helpful, providing exactly what I needed in no time.

The whole process from start to finish was a breeze and we got our light delivered on time and in perfect shape

The Undomus Platform ordered a range of furniture to choose from. The furniture was the right fit for our venue, excellent quality, durable and robust. The customer service was outstanding in all aspects, especially when helping to decide on the correct furniture and specific measurements for the unique spaces within a brand-new venue. We were very pleased with the speed of delivery. Excellent service from beginning to end.

The services provided by the Undomus Team, was smooth and satisfactory. Products and goods delivered were up to satisfaction, I must recommend them on their aftersales services as this was a truly great experience compared to that I have received from other companies in the past, they are problem solvers and did their best to resolve anything and everything I needed.

I doubt any of the most sought after pieces from well known high quality furniture stores could equal the level of service and options that Undomus does. From start to finish, totally professional and able to change direction on a moments notice. It does take awhile for receipt of the pieces but that’s because you’re getting custom made furniture from the best houses in the world, all at a much more reasonable price. Good things come to those who wait and in this case, GREAT things come to those who wait. Bravo!!

Ordering process was easy and user friendly, purchase from start to finish was a dream. I ordered a dining collection and it arrived exactly when they said it would. High-quality, elegantly designed collection. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service, excellent speedy delivery, the owners are helpful and the team is well-trained and well informed. They were available for our every need and were able to give advise for difficult situations and provide well-thought out solutions.
