Absolutely DO NOT give your hard earned money to this sham business

I ordered two eye shadow pallets on 8/31/2025.

One was a pre-order expected to ship in October, but both items were to be shipped together.

October came and went with no items delivered.
Same for November.

One item arrived in December. It is now 1/30/2026, five months later, and the other item is nowhere to be found.

Emails to customer service go unanswered. I have sent many at this point. I have no hope that Unearthly will ever deliver the last item in my order.

Do NOT give your money to this poorly managed and unethical business.

Worst possible customer service

0 stars would be ideal based on non-existent customer service and failure to deliver products only. I cannot review their products as I have never received any. Please do not risk your hard earned cash this company. I ordered several items with a hefty shipping cost in October 2025 that never came. I have been patient and fair, but I have been trying to contact them since December 9, 2025 with no response and have issued a chargeback. Whatever legitimate issues of supply/logistics/staffing/etc. a company is having, a response is the bare minimum. Get off Instagram begging for influencer collaborations and fulfill your orders with the real people who keep your doors open.

Delayed communication

Firstly, I love the esthetic and color story of this brand. I see many positive YouTube influencer reviews (question the legitimacy), and was excited to try them out. My first order took over 1 month to get delivered. I know when ordering to expect a long shipping time. However, I would appreciate more transparency and communication about the process and delays.Where is your customer service? People do care about how they are treated.

How embarrassing is it

How embarrassing is it, that this company don’t even know they have poor reviews, because of their non existent customer service services. They are a joke. Like a number of Indie companies not doing well or over extended they’re now offering pre orders on new items or after a ‘sell out’ . The sell out is a HOOK to make you long for these goods Do not be tempted. You are literally investing in them and like other companies such as Vampyre cosmetics who change their name repeatedly you will lose your hard earned dosh. I still receive notifications with such delightful photography, but I’m no longer lured by this greedy organisation.

I made a order on 9/08 and have not…

I made a order on 9/08 and have not received any tracking info. You can not contact customer service, they are non-existent. I do not know what is going on with my order after 10 days. The risk is not worth the products. This company is horrible.

Being ghosted for 23 days

Look it would be so easy to give them a good review for what I wanted and what they could have done for me. All I did was have a question about the product amount of one of their products that was not listed on the product page. If it was already listed on the product page, I wouldn't even have to contact them and I wouldn't have to know that their customer service is bad. I don't know how their customer service is actually like with real buyers but for a simple question, the fact that they cannot answer me for 23 days.... Is concerning. At first I messaged their Instagram because I assume that their business Instagram has a message area for a reason. In the other times I have messaged a business Instagram, I have received a helpful response to my question. Is it my fault for having these expectations that normal people would have? So I message the question to them about how much product does this product have thank you. 5 days later. Silence. And then I messaged them one more time as a holy Mary, maybe I should have emailed you guys my bad. Passive aggressive I know but what is the point of the messaging then? And so I emailed them. And then 5 days later, I get an email that says "hey I saw your email and I'm going to redirect it to the right group to answer it, so hold on." Oh I don't know about that. Also crazy, how long does it take to just pick up the phone and call your coworker and ask if they know how much product this product has or maybe there should be an information sheet or maybe they can email someone else and get that information instead of transferring me? I don't know why it took 5 days for them to just tell me that they're transferring this to a group that can answer me. I don't know why this question is so difficult. Anyways no one responded just so you know. It's been like 23 days. This is a simple question. I don't even know what it would be like if I had an actual issue with unearthly. Maybe it would actually be good and they would respond to me. I'm giving them some grace for holiday season, but it's a simple question and you could have just responded to me through Instagram ages ago. It's really not that hard. Really makes you wonder what if my situation really was hard, what they would do.

Didn't receive the products i paid for but paid extra taxes for them :) I also can't contact the company almost half a month. I also did receive some of the products but all the palettes are smashed

I didn't receive all the products that I have paid for.
I did make a purchase from unearthly cosmetics.
I did order 6 palettes and paid for them. I did receive only 5, which were all broken. I did pay extra taxes for the product which I didn't receive and I want to be fully refunded for my order.

I did contact the brand and sent all the needed evidence. Now it's 8 days since I have written them that I want to be fully refunded and they still didn't answer back.

I did writhe them immediately when I received my order. Huge disappointment for such an expensive brand, will never shop from there and also do not recommend to anyone to make the same mistake purchasing from there.
