I recently instructed a company to carry out a Schedule of Condition report, and I was very impressed with the service provided.
The process was handled professionally from start to finish, with clear communication throughout. Great communication and service
Great communication and service from Hasan at UNEK. I had a RICS Level 2 survey completed by Hasan for my flat purchase. He arranged the appointment with the estate agent quickly and sent me the report in under 48 hours. Very reasonably priced and local. Thanks again!

Excellent service. Prompt replies and Hasan is really easy to communicate with. I will definitely recommend him to everyone for party wall awards. We had to complete party wall agreements with two neighbours, both appointed their own surveyor. I would give Hasan more than 5 stars if I could.
