I got scammed by a spoof website (unequaled.novastrix.shop). Obviously not the same, but be careful.

Wanted to return a pair of trainers (which were extremely overpriced) however when I tried to request return information they continually failed to respond to emails. The return policy is also a disgrace. AVOID!!!!!!!

Refund policy is absurd!…. 7 days from delivery date (not working days) to return item…you need to request the return form (which must be printed) and they’ll wait days to send you it (I waited 5 days for mine) DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Wish I’d seen these reviews b4 ordering!

Paid well over the top for a "must have" Xmas present only to find the order has now been cancelled. I was only assured the day before that the product was on its way to me. Not even sure if they are a genuine company...

It’s a 1 Star or less. I’ve been mugged off by this Company, that said, I’m an idiot for not checking Trustpilot. All mediocre reviews. I paid twice as much as I should for Addidas Handball Spezial.£180. Clearly made in a back street in Shanghai. Excellent quality knocks offs. Apart from the Extremely ill fitting foam inner sole. Do you research people - this Company isn’t kosher.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered time over two weeks ago. Keep getting told they will keep me updated, keep getting told it’s being prioritised. No item. Thieves! Having worked in retail my entire career the service is frankly shocking. Strongly suggest NOT purchasing with this company. They are liars and thieves. Still no item and no refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Placed an order on the 1st of September. 5-10 days delivery. Never received the ‘way overpriced’ trainers. Tried contacting them on many occasions to be told, we’ll prioritise your order/we are a small business/we’ll dispatch tomorrow - even received a fake Royal Mail tracking number!!! Luckily I paid by clear pay and opened a dispute with them and got my money back. I’ve no idea why I ordered from this company as I purchased the exact same trainers from a store at less than half the price!! Don’t be fooled by them. Disgrace that they are still getting away with it 😳

placed a order on Friday 30th August, told my son what I had ordered he said you are getting ripped off, Adidas trainers are not £180.00. He sent me the image of the same trainers for £80. I emailed unequaled not 5 minutes after I placed my order and told them I would like to cancel my order, I got the same pair £100 cheaper. They replied the order has gone through to the warehouse, they would email the warehouse. Emailed them twice since never heard a thing, so checked trust pilot there are just a rip off company. get your money then wont give it back. SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!

DO NOT order from this con of a company, shocking service from start to finish an absolute rip off that has left me out of pocket. Order took weeks to arrive despite saying express delivery, when I emailed to ask about the delivery i received a rude response about how they don’t work on bank holidays, when they did arrive one pair was too small the other a completely different colour to shown on the website. I sent back my return immediately only to receive no refund for 3 weeks, after TEN emails to the company I was finally told only one of the items would be refunded as the other item was a “premium brand” and therefore exempt from refunds?! Absolute rubbish. Will now need to pursue them for £220 through my bank or court as they refuse to respond further. Absolute con!! Do not fall for the instagram marketing, read the reviews and avoid!!!

This company take a very long time to be delivered. Only allow 7 days on returns for a refund. Which I believe is illegal in the UK, all online retailers have to allow 14 days.

Unequaled offer very overpriced shoes and unaccommodating T&C’s. Every other company in the world allow 14 working days. My advice would literally be, go anywhere else. I promise that you will find a better company to buy from.

This is not a reputable site, huge mark ups even if you receive the goods which many don't, no customer service or response from company, DO NOT USE.

Don't buy from this site, not legit

On December 3, 2023, I placed an order from the online store UNEQUALED for 256.99 EURO with international tracked delivery. I ordered Uggs that were promised to be delivered in 3-5 days. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received them.

I have contacted customer service several times, but they only respond every 3 days. They always say that the order is being processed and I will receive it soon. But my parcel is still in transit.

I am starting to doubt that I will ever receive these Uggs.

In addition, the customer service is terrible. The employees respond in a single-sentence manner and do not provide any specific information.

I am very disappointed with this store. I will never order from here again.

Dreadful Company, Ordered on the 14th December, Express Delivery shown on their website. Chased after 4 or 5 days to be told Express means 7/10 days. Customer Services then advise that I had missed the cut off date for Christmas - nowhere was that shown on my order confirmation or made clear on their website. Then today I find they cancelled my order with no explanation. One very unhappy Customer !

They advertise goods they do not have in stock. They advertised Uggs at £210 ( £40 over priced) I bought them. Waited 10 days and nothing came. I messaged them and they said to wait upto 5 days deliver. I said its been 10days. The next day I'm told they don't have them in stock. They cancel my order make me wait another 5 days for a refund. Only for them to advertise on the website they do have them in stock but now they want £300. Will be reporting to trading standards.

This website is not ligit I looked at the ugg tazzlita slippers on this site they say that they are £260 with £60 off total being £200 I bought these ligit off of the Ugg website at a full price of £140 AVOID THIS SITE TOTAL SCAM had to give one star to leave review not good
