I ordered a pair of shoes paying by Swiss credit card. The item was shown as available on your website, and I paid 689 CHF. Now you cancelled my order and sending me back just
657 CHF. Because of your poor organised business I lost 30 CHF just like that. Who will reimburse me remaining 30CHF?
Do not buy products from this website. This site claims to offer 28-day free returns, but when I requested a return within 21 days of receiving the item (due to defects), they refused to provide a return label. They claimed I didn’t notify them immediately upon receipt and that three weeks had passed since delivery. They said they would only process the return if I covered the shipping and related costs myself. The entire sales team was extremely unreasonable, ignoring the clearly stated return policy on their website and changing their stance arbitrarily, violating consumers' legitimate rights.
Additionally, their packaging is very flimsy—the luxury bags I received had varying degrees of dents and damage, yet they refused to take responsibility. Stay away from this website and never shop here!
CAREFUL THEY SELL USED ITEMS!
Very bad business and poor customer service. They have now changed their name to UNGER.DE to avoid these negative reviews from users being shown to customers. This only proves how bad of a business it is.
I placed my first order and bought shoes to gift them but I received WORN shoes! Soles were all dark from usage...If I wanted to buy used shoes, I would have ordered from second-hand shops! The shoes have been returned at my expense, but they have not refunded me yet!!
Do not order from this website. Not only did they send me the incorrect item, they included a return label that they now claim does not come back to them (despite specifically asking customer service prior to making the return.) Now they are claiming I am at fault and will not refund. Buyer beware!!!
