Absolutely shocking customer service. My account has been under review for well over a week despite me providing every document requested. I have contacted customer support every day this week and all I receive are the same generic, copy-and-paste responses with no meaningful update.

I have repeatedly asked for my deposited funds to be returned to the original payment method while the review is ongoing, but this has been ignored. No one seems willing to take ownership of the issue or provide a proper explanation.

The communication has been poor, the delays are unacceptable, and the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Unibet and will not be using them again.

Great app and website, very clear and easy to use. But like all sites, a few more wins wouldn’t go a miss ✌🏽

Very slow at verification two weeks later still not verified after winning £8000 deposited £1500 quick enough to take my deposit but not quick enough to pay out. Uploaded passport , bank statements , bank card , and still not satisfied with the information now they want a bill madness if you ask me but there quick enough to take your money never again avoid! Then when you talk to them you get a ai response instead of speaking to an actual human. Asked them to verify oh we’re busy processing a lot of verifications currently as if that’s my problem , that’s there problem. Quick enough to take a deposit but block your account when you win big as they don’t want to pay out your winnings. Will be seeking legal advice and if it has to go to a small claims court I will take them there.

Do not use this site under any circumstances, a 5 fold bet was won to the tune of over £5k , they decided they weren't going to pay and sent back the original deposit and blocked the account, going to be taking them to court, you have been warned do not use them .

I have provided all documents requested by the app they are questions my tranactions on my bank I am very confused to why they are asking about transactions on bank that is nothing to do them

I have used the Unibet account once deposited 1700 and withdraw 4000 that was okay I go on to try again and lose 1600 off a £2000 have I deposit that leaves 400 in the uni bet app I then deposit 2000 again totally 2400 which is when they block my account and asking questions about my bank statements you can clearly see on bank statements my partner sends me money to my account as my account you can not deposit you can only receive by transfer

I have explained this situation already to still be asked silly questions about transactions on my bank

This is the worse experience I have ever had with a gambling site seems like they are trying to come up with something to not pay me my funds which you can clearly see has come from trusted payee

If this is not resolved shortly I will be taking legal action against Betway as they are asking about transactions that are not even to do with the deposit and not even in the time frame of me using there app AVOID APP they try delay for any reason and look for reason to not give access to funds
