It's all a scam

Think of it this way, you see multiple ads on TV on different channels every day and we all know it costs thousands for ad to be shown on TV and even more if its shown on multiple channels, so how do they have the money to put ads out but not enough to help all those countries they "represent" and try to "help".

Order still hasn't arrived after a month

Placed an order on 9th March. Received confirmation email. Supposedly shipped on 16th March. Received shipping info 18th March. Had a query delivery email, but from a 'no reply' email address on 23 March so answers bounced back. Have tried going through the contact area of the website but get no response and tracking is stuck on 'pending' over a month after ordering. Stumped and frustrated.
