Placing my order was simple. Got AI to respond right away for confirmation of order. Subsequently, this was followed up by Logan (actual person) who made sure that my order was shipped in a timely fashion. I could track my order all the way to delivery. The entire process was smooth and seamless.

I would give less then 1 star if I could. Ordered a gift on 12/9 and never heard anything. Kept reaching out but would barely hear back and seemed like they never really read my questions. But on 12/21 they informed me that my order has been cancelled and they refunded my money due to lack of inventory, but when I checked their website the product was still there. I would NEVER order from them again and recommend no does. They don’t care and the customer service is horrible. I never leave a review but this company made me so mad I had to.

Never received the product, a lightsabre. Asked where it was several times, it got shipped twice. Still after 60 days not received anything. So asked mastercard for refund, since unicun said I had to wait 60 days and no apology.

My winter sneakers were a bit tight, and so I called their cust care reps. He patiently explained how I could send it back to get an exchange. The whole process went on fine. I'm happy to have received the new one today.

I'm a nerd, and I think Unicun is a great site for people like me. I've been consistently buying stuff on Unicun for about a year now, and I really like the company. I like the fact that they don't sell the everyday products you can find in any store. They have only eye catching, interest sparking items. Products that will blow your mind. Great company.

Bought the Marshall Monitor Headphones from this website. The headphones broke after a week of using it in a normal way (there is a rustling noise in the right ear). No warranty or return possible. These headphones cost US$142.56. Should at least get a warranty on them, but the customer service stopped replying..

RE:Order 474907......Order placed 3/6/2022. Received notification order was received the next day. Order had not been received by me in early April. Made a follow up and found out item had problem leaving source. Contacted Logan @ team Unicon, He and his team jumped right on it. Received item yesterday. Logan and crew deserve special recognition

I found Unicun while searching for novelty stuff for my new house. They have so many wonderful items and I was able to buy super useful, cute, and amusing rugs, carpets, lights, plush pillows, sculptures, and vases. By the time I came back to my senses after exploring their store, I realized that the price of the products in my cart was way beyond my budget so I had to take time to weed out some stuff that I didn't need immediately. The products I ordered were delivered a few weeks after just in time for my housewarming party.

I had an issue with my address after placing the order as I put in a wrong location initially. I panicked and reached out to the support team and they were very helpful with rerouting and ensuring that it could be delivered to my new location. I'm happy with that service and for that I had to come here and leave a review.

This scamming company should be avoided. Over 2 weeks since order was placed and it still hasn't shipped and they've since completely stopped responding to any emails. Save yourself the trouble and purchase your products elsewhere. This company is just a dropshipper and the products can be found on AliExpress or Alibaba for cheaper, faster shipping, and better customer service. On top of that they only allow reviews they think are positive and won't allow the negative ones. Go figure

Just received the ordered light saber looks nasty cheap for same money I could have bought a French one which I already bought for my kid ...these Chinese is ridiculous and already broke the noise is absolutely a joke the light is faded and ridiculous nothing like in the picture... and funny enough at the same price like the French one ....why I not learning the lesson and not buy from Chinese sweat shops....its rubbish be aware this is a rubbish site and product!!!!!

The guys at Unicun keep impressing me. My nephews absolutely love the lightsabers I got them and I am glad it came in time for Christmas. Customer service is responsive and I have not been given a reason to stop buying from them yet.

Unicun is great! For me, what’s most important when buying stuff is getting quality products that last, gets me tons of compliments and work perfectly. The things on Unicun are all those things and that’s why it’s the place I go when I need something unique for birthday presents and so on. Never been disappointed.

Waiting and waiting then they send you wrong tracking number but still you can't trace it .
You try to cancel they say is send already but you know they haven't shipped yet....I am dreading of the quality of the product when it will arrive from China.....imagine what quality will be....

So I found this Game of Thrones themed Ugly Christmas Sweater on Unicun and got two of it for myself and my twin sister who absolutely hates twinning but she loves it. Honestly I was not expecting to get the quality of the fabric that I got for that price, and the finishing is just great. I also happened to meet my boyfriend's family for the first time by accident when I had it on and it was such a great conversation piece. I'm glad I bought it.

Placed an order on 1 November for my children's Christmas gift. Website had 20 days for delivery. It's now 26 December and nothing has arrived. I had to rush out to buy something else to give to my kids but it wasn't what they wanted. I've emailed them multiple times for an update and they only responded once with a half armed response saying to wait till the end of January (3 months after order and too late for Christmas). Their customer service is appauling and they can't deliver what they sell. DO NOT RISK USING THEM.

Edit: look at the 5 star reviews, almost all have only made one review and formulaic in their wording and structure. Make of that what you will.

Edit2: Now 17 Jan and no delivery nor a response from their team after dozens of emails. They are total scumbags who will take your money and run.

I get very skeptical when I hear about new online stores, so it took me a while to order from Unicun but now that I have, I will be doing so more. I have made 2 purchases and one is on the way and so far I have not been disappointed. The products are of high quality and for me, that's what matters most.

Terrible products and service. Bought a lightsaber at $150 described as battle not toy. Took ages to be deliveredin two parts missing screws (direct from China) and broke with weeks (wasn't even used for battling) when I contacted them they were super unhelpful and basically just said tough.. not their problem it broke as it worked when we received it. Do not buy from these guys... one of my worst purchase experiences ever.

I got my indoor fitness bike from Unicun and it's exactly what I wanted. It's been a while and it still works great, haven't had any issues with it at all. My biggest fear with buying online is having a problem and not getting any response from customer service. So if I could give an extra star, I would for how helpful their customer rep was.
