Ich habe eine Tasse bestellt ,die nicht…

Ich habe eine Tasse bestellt ,die nicht zum zugesagten Zeitpunkt kam. Es kam weder eine Mail,das die Lieferung sich verzögert, noch wurde auf meine 3 Mails reagiert.
Dann kam die Tasse endlich an und sie war beschädigt. Das ganze ist über eine Woche her und wieder KEINE Antwort. Nicht zu empfehlen, leider. Die Tasse an sich sieht gut aus,der Kundenkontakt sehr sehr schlecht.

Gute Ware, Versand verspätet

Habe 3 Becher bestellt, die als Abschiedsgeschenk für meine Kolleginnen sein sollten. Die angegebene Lieferzeit plus ein paar Tage Puffer haben leider nicht ausgereicht, damit mich das Bestellte pünktlich erreicht. Die Ware kam erst 5 Tage nach meiner Verabschiedung an. Mehrere Emails von mir wurden nicht beantwortet. Kein guter Service.

alles super funktioniert von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung - die Lieferung erfolgte schneller als angegeben - Tassen sehen toll aus, wie bestellt - die Spülmaschine haben sie auch schon überstanden - gerne wieder.
