Purchased the Uniden XTRAK 80 Pro Pack last week. Within ONE day, the antenna fell apart (after driving about 1 hour on regular highway). The antenna looks likes it's been glued together with childrens paper glue. Absolute garbage, so annoyed. Contacted support, have to send it back at my expense where it will be assessed to see if it's a warranty repair - despite being installed for less than an hour - absolute joke, should have gone with GME.

We purchased a Uniden baby monitor and the screen stopped working after less than a month. I contacted Uniden customer service who gave me some trouble shooting ideas, when they did not work they then asked me to send it back to them for repair, which I have done. It has now been 3 weeks, my tracking on the parcel has advised it’s been delivered and Uniden will not respond to me at all on the status of the unit I sent back. I have emailed 3 times and have continuously called their reception number I was provided with but no one answers the phone.
I am now taking this to consumer affairs as they have essentially stolen the monitor from us. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Have been using a Uniden cam solo 4G

Camera switches itself off
Cloud storage switches itself off
No cloud videos stored for 3 weeks

Every time I pay for subscription I end up with a PayPal account despite choosing the guest option. Uniden changes or fixes nothing.

On Sunday 3rd January 2016 I bought a Uniden XDECT 8155 for $70 from Harvey Norman Nunawading so I can link it to my iPhone via bluetooth and charge my iPhone, my iPad and my Apple Watch via the USB Charging Port so I don't need any wall chargers also I can import my Phonebook from my iPhone as well so I am very happy with it.
