Försöker lura dig till uppsägning pga ”arbetsbrist” när det finns jobb bara för de vill bli av med dig.
Försöker lura dig att säga upp dig själv genom att skriva på ett avtal som säger att du inte har rätt att få ett jobb hos de igen när de har något jobb tillgängligt trotts att du är fast anställd.
Väldigt fult gjort av de som påstås vara ett seriöst bemanningsföretag.
Kom på intervju, blev erbjuden en tjänst, fick datum för att börja, och sen fick jag ingen mer information så försökt ringa, och mailat, samma vecka som dom sa att jag skulle börja men utan återkoppling. Fick ett mail två veckor efter med "vi har valt att gå vidare med en annan kandidat". Riktigt konstigt och oprofessionellt.
Sökte tjänster som gick via Uniflex. Dem kontaktade mig en gång och frågade om man hade möjlighet att prata. Efter flera SMS, mail och försök att ringa detta företag under 3 veckors tid gav jag upp.
Har blivit totalt ignorerad av detta företag när jag själv försökte kontakta.
Att ignorera jobbsökande är oerhört oprofessionellt.
Här blev jag bemött på ett proffesionellt sätt. Företaget tar väl hand om sina anställda, bra service gott bemötande på alla fronter. Kan varmt rekommendera att söka jobb genom Uniflex Östergötland.
