Excellent customer service

I had issues with gaining one part of a school uniform from both the shop and online for a long time. I got in touch and they kept my name on file for when stock arrived. When stock arrived they immediately rang me and arranged stock to be delivered, with next day delivery. Excellent communication and service.

Great experience

Very nice staff to deal with at the shop. For items that were out of stock they took my number and called me when they were due back in the warehouse.
Online delivery was within 24 hours which was incredible. Very impressed.

Fantastic Customer Service

Brilliant service

Brilliant service in store (Leicester) and via direct telephone call with head office in Lincoln. The staff were super helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed for my daughter. This included jumpers that I was unable to get in store or online due to limited stock of small size required. Thank you very much Uniform Direct. Would highly recommend 👍🏼
