Slowest till service ever!
Products are great and everything I needed in stock. Getting the items is no problem but paying for them is another story. Over 30 minutes waiting in Mitcham just to exchange items at the till because people working behind the till cannot do it only one member of staff!!!

Ordered some uniform over the phone and needed advise on sizing, they were very patient and offered advice on size blazer I should get for my son as he is very tall! Arrived on Saturday and everything was perfect (He was a 33in chest size - but I got 36in blazer size to leave room for jumper underneath and he is 165cm tall at only 11 years. Fits just right and arm length was quite generous!)

Shocking Customer service
I have ordered a jacket in my child’s size, it arrived too small. I Emailed uniform direct asking to exchange the jacket for a bigger size and they said the items are non returnable because they are made to order? It has not been tailor made to my childs measurements , it is a generic size. I’m sure there will be another child who will need the size I’ve got so they will be able to resell it .. I’m now stuck with a jacket that’s too small and need to pay again for another jacket! Shocking. Most companies let you exchange items.

As always, quick delivery, with free postage and well packaged. I've been waiting to place this order for some time as the credit/debit card option has not been available (only Paypal) so you nearly lost a customer but I waited as I understood you were changing your payment systems and I like the quality of your items compared to other suppliers.
