Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service and service in general. I ordered an item over 3 weeks ago, they fail to respond to emails or answer phone. Very disappointing.

Question - When is a Gilet not a Gilet? Answer - When it's a soft shell jacket. Terrible company
Myself and my partner ordered some club clothing from Uniformity and upon receiving our orders we both had the same issue. The gilets we ordered both had stickers on them saying they were Gilets but in actual fact they were soft shell jackets. This issue also occurred either other tennis club members. I contacted Uniformity and eventually got through to them but 3 months later we're still waiting for the Gilets. Customer service is shocking. I wouldn't ever purchase anything from them again.
