I am shocked by the blatant discrimination I faced at UniKeys. I was targeted with antisemitic abuse by their moderators simply because of where I am from. When I reached out to the owners with documented proof of this harassment, they chose to cover it up and gaslight me instead of holding their staff accountable.

A company that treats paying customers this way and ignores hate speech within its own ranks does not deserve support. There are plenty of other stores in this hobby that actually respect their customers. Avoid at all costs.

Very good service, very good quality, lovely team

This business owner acted anti-Semitically towards my Jewish friend. This cannot go unnoticed. The world will be a cleaner place if he repents and corrects his actions. But until then, I will not buy from him again or use his services, especially since they have always been a big 0!

Absolutely blown away by the switch quality from Unikeys. The factory lube is super consistent and smooth right out of the box—honestly didn’t feel the need to hand lube at all. The sound profile is clean and satisfying, exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell they really care about sourcing unique and high-quality switches.

I joined their official store community as a customer and was targeted with unprovoked antisemitic harassment by their own moderation staff, simply because I am Jewish and from Israel. I was eventually banned for my nationality without breaking any rules.

When I reached out to UniKeys management privately with screenshot evidence of their staff's hate speech, they completely denied it, gaslit me, and refused to take any action against the moderators. Instead of handling the racism in their team, they chose to cover it up.

A business that protects bigots and treats customers this way does not deserve your money. Avoid at all costs.
