Purchased a headboard

Purchased a headboard, supposedly with lights and a power port for charging. Did not have the part for the power port, so I contacted the company, as stated in the instructions and on the website. Unikito decided that because I purchased it from their Amazon store, I should have to pay for the missing part. Clearly there is no customer support, and there is no care whatsoever from this shady company that sells trash products with zero quality control.
