Union Home Loan: The Very Best
Union Home Loan has served bank-qualified and non-qualified borrowers for decades. I have worked with them for over 35 years on a spectrum of loan requirements spanning client bankruptcies, new construction, land acquisition, and rehabilitation of existing structures. Their underwriting guidelines are flexible and fair; with the added bonus of fast loan decisions and extremely quick funding. Finally, their loan officers and support staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. All-in-all, they are the best and finest non-traditional lender that I have ever known.
