I need to get in touch with this company because emailing, or messaging them will take too long to explain. When they call back my phone will reject their call as it's a premium rate number, costing over £1 per minute. They surely cannot be serious. So, I am now going to look for a DECENT company who dont charge ASTRONOMICAL call rates for their products and services. This company's phone number has been flagged up as a scam company. That seems to fit.

The customer service from Union Locks is nothing short of appalling. Their contact number is at a premium rate 0845 so good luck sitting on hold with that one. Their products are over-priced and often faulty. The latest batch of faulty cylinders I returned have come back with the same fault and no explanation as to why it's not been corrected. Unbelievable!

The customer service team are now responding better to communications. if they cannot deal with query's they are passing these onto the relevant person/dept.

Really happy with the lock that I purchased. Works really well and goes nice with the appearance of the door. Have even managed to convince my sister to change her front door lock to the same as mine!!
