As an international student

As an international student, my experience with the University of Parma was disappointing. Despite providing all the required documents and proof of legal residence, my enrollment was rejected based on contradictory and unclear reasons.
Throughout the process, I received inconsistent information from different offices, and it was often difficult to get clear guidance or support.
Even though I tried to resolve the issue respectfully and provided every requested document, the communication remained confusing and discouraging.
I have formally reported the case to UNAR (the National Anti-Discrimination Office) and truly hope the university will take steps to ensure a fairer and more student-friendly approach in the future.
