Great quality baby romper from Boden and speedy delivery
I've been very happy with the quality of the products (baby boden dresses and romper) and the delivery was very speedy. Sensibly packaged so it actually fitted through the letterbox too!

Brilliant product but non existent customer service. Only order if you do not need to return or exchange. One item missing from my order - multiple emails sent to both email addresses provided on the website/dispatch info and no response at all.

Poor returns experience
Wont acknowledge email to give me a return code something I apparently need before they accept them
If they delay much longer I will be outside of their returns time.
Very poor show and no response on social media and no telephone number.
Order only if you know you won’t need to return anything.
