My husband and I bought puffajackets from them on same day. He has worn his daily, mine only a handful of times 1-2hrs. The padding has separated into cotton balls making the jacket basically 2 layers... See more

Frank at the entrance was very welcoming and funny. Loved this place thank you, we are just married and he made us feel so welcomed.
Complete Scam
Sent items amounting to 60 pounds back which the tracking has marked as delivered yet they are not refunding me after 14 days. Now say it was delivered but the weight was not correct and refuse to explain what they found inside the contents of 900g package [weight they confirmed] Will be reporting to trading standards and claiming via the small claims court
First order. Never again
Purchased from their website (not the best checkout experience) but thought I’d try them. Would never purchase again. Delivery problems and impossible to contact customer service directly. No response received in a timeline to correct the problem and total reliance on a completely in adequate chat bot. There service is as poor as their understand of technology. Never again.
And Uniqlo do not bother commenting on this as if you have time to monitor feedback you time to actually talk to customers before it gets to this stage. I have you the chance before writing this.
that is waste of time the shit-est…
that is waste of time the shit-est website ever can't even return this low quality shit
Go to for work casual
I have ordered online from Uniqlo countless times and shopped inside as well. They make quality clothes for a good price and update their stock regularly. They make great work attire that I have been wearing weekly that lasts for years, and also do fun collabs. I have even gone in to exchange clothes that I decided against (with tags still, of course) and gotten refunded. Fantastic brand.
If you order 1 item and decline marketing, you still get emailed ELEVEN TIMES before the item arrives
Order 1 item as a guest, didn't make an account, didn't agree to marketing, still got emailed ELEVEN TIMES before the item arrived.
Today's the delivery day and 4 of the 11 came today alone. I'm almost certain they'll follow that up with a few "Review our service" ones too. It's too much.
I have always liked the range of…
I have always liked the range of clothing at Uniqlo, one of my fave stores to shop at. Quality is pretty good, and new styles available each season. I usually shop in-store, so can't comment on their online delivery service
Absolutely nasty
Absolutely nasty! Why? Because your security treat disabled people like trash. I got a guard banned from Jim pattison for lying and now he’s doing it again this time Uniqlo. Oh don’t worry I’ll never spend a penny in your store or any store that uses blackbird security anywhere in Canada. One day he’s gonna cross a line either he’ll refuse service, lie, or falsely claim he saw someone do something they didn’t do like he did to me but it will be a cop! Even better if it was a First Nations police officer. And Uniqlo won’t do anything about it either. You may write a policy about equality but you most certainly don’t stand by it! In fact why bother writing it all? It’s a joke and a waste of your time because it means absolutely jack squat to you, your company and your employees!
Declined credit card which was in good standing
Well, my credit card keeps being declined! It works everywhere else, before and after it gets declined by UQ. I notified their Customer Service, they don't know why it would happen, I should check with my company. I did check, no problem but they issued a new card to be on the safe side. No luck, still declined. I just don't shop there as much, I find it very frustrating. The floor staff have been apologetic and try to suggest things. As soon as you speak to management or CS, they are not helpful and one manager was out and out rude.
Completely rubbish
Completely rubbish
Sizes are all over the place
Customer service is non existent
Regarding the Alexanderplatz branch
Regarding the Alexanderplatz branch, the service is highly disorganized and the staff's conduct is unprofessional. I strongly advise against visiting this location, as it was the worst shopping experience I have ever had.
Two orders placed with Uniqlo
Two orders placed with Uniqlo. Both orders were returned.
First fail; Uniqlo’s system does not have the capacity to accept both orders in one return. So the customer (me) has to pay two lots of return postage.
I received an email confirming Uniqlo are aware the returns have been received by Royal mail.
I received a second email that the packages have been received by Uniqlo.
I received a third email advising me the packages have been received
Subsequent fails; Chasing a refund through live chat I may as well have been talking to a chatbot! They were no help whatsoever. Within theit system they did not have the capacity or any wherewithal to chase up the refund. In fact, worse than that within the system, apparently they don’t have the means see the goods have been received! ( in spite of the emails sent to me )
Second live chat discussion equally unsuccessful.
E-mail correspondence failed miserably too. Several emails from different people all saying the same thing, clearly showing there is no records or previous interactions. Right hand does not know what left hand is doing. Because their systems are a failure in customer service.
I forwarded copies of all emails I had received confirming Uniqlo have the goods in their warehouse. And still the returned goods could not be traced.
Finally, 3 different customer service agents reverted to asking for the Royal Mail tracking number. Which they didn’t need any more because the goods were in their warehouse!. When they couldn’t answer answer, they just reverted back to we need the Royal mail tracking number.
And this is when you realise how badly these systems are at Uniqlo because the Royal Mail tracking number was on all of the emails they sent out and I sent copies back to them.
Uniqlo is a Japanese company but the level of inefficiency, failure of systems and a distinct lack of reasonable customer service? Should be embarrassing
And I still haven’t got my refund .
Return costs incurred by customers
Used the online fit finder and ordered the size recommended. Items arrived and too small. I had to pay €21.00 to return the two items. Contacted customer care and they will not refund any money. This must be one of a very few online shopping companies that don’t offer free returns. Avoid shopping online with Uniqlo ..
Hopeless
It took them two days to ask questions they already knew the answers - as they are in their system! I think the customer service must have been contracted overseas, as the staff seem unfamiliar with their own system!
Cannot rate 5
Cannot rate 5 , as I love UNIQLO, but the DPD delivery service they use is rubbish. I’ve never had a delivery from them without some major trouble.
Still a staple for basic wardrobe needs…
Still a staple for basic wardrobe needs but the quality of products has dropped drastically in recent years.
I ordered a “Cotten” T-shirt from…
I ordered a “Cotten” T-shirt from Uniqlo and when it came it was 33% Cotten and the rest were just plastic. About shit quality
Shopped at Manchester Arndale store
Shopped at Manchester Arndale store - the quality is excellent, clothes lasting in the wash many times. The best in terms of value for money compared to all other high street brands.
Online retailer with no help/options to return
I sometimes find very good pieces for me, I know that the quality is also good. However I will continue to shop in store if I want anything. The only thing is Uniqlo is not in Portugal so if I see something I have to buy it online. The return process is awful , whilst I understand retailers move to paid returns Uniqlo should put in some effort to give options to people who need to make a return especially from a country where there is no physical stores. I don’t mind paying for a return, but it would be great to have a return portal on the website or at least some guidance with delivery/return partners that can make the return and refund smooth. Honestly I don’t know what I’m doing and if I’m doing the return correct, I hope I get my refund money back.
Terrible online service
Great products, but online fulfilment and support are a different company entirely
My order was dispatched a full week after the stated delivery date with no communication — no delay notification.
Getting hold of anyone is deliberately difficult. The website contact portal takes messages into a void. When I followed up via the email address provided through PayPal, I received a response two days later stating they couldn't assist because I wasn't in Australia — despite the invoice clearly referencing an Australian delivery address, and no VPN in use. That isn't a mistake.
There's also no self-service functionality online. You can't cancel, amend an order, or change payment details once placed. For a retailer of this scale, that's not an oversight — it's a design choice that removes your options and forces you to rely on a support team that is structured to not help you.
If you're buying online, expect no visibility, no recourse, and support designed to outlast your patience.
