Placed an order over two weeks ago and paid. Chased a week ago to see when the product is going to be dispatched and received an email telling me it was being looked into. No response back. Contacted again through the website and again no response.
Toni sent my product with the correct address but Royal Mail sent it elsewhere.
I told Royal Mail and they admitted the fault was there’s, I contacted Toni with the issue and claim reference and she sent out another product straight away. Happy with the service and I now have my item. 😊

Fantastic company, I have bought my Revitalash on a number of occasions. My order is always dispatched quickly. On this occasion they were out of stock and sent a full complete set with lash cleaner and mascara to fulfil my order in time.
Not many companies go above and beyond like that, they kept me up to date with my order and emailed me letting me know they were sending the set.
I can't recommend them enough, just lovely to deal with and quality products.
