Recieved a damaged item

Recieved a damaged item. a new one would be send to me still havent recieved anything.

Also the product has even more discount now. So payed more for something that is damaged. The replacement should be shipped a couple days ago. But zero response from the customercare team and still nothing.

Now they contacted me and send me the old tracking number. Almost 2 months further still a faulty item crazy.

I Have note even recived my product

I Have note even recived my product. Then not only that I had to go back and forth with customer service telling me that I need to purchase an extra wallet on top of a wallet I already have. It does not make sense and Im still waiting for my item.
