Riddell house was a fantastic property. Made very welcome by hosts. Facilities are excellent and would recommend highly.

Just returned from Altt Beithe cottage, Acharacle. Everything with booking was excellent. Very disappointed with the condition of the cottage. Walls had mould with dampness, windows in kitchen didn’t open and on arriving the cottage had a terrible smell. The shower room radiator didn’t work and tiles on floor were filthy on the grout as was the wall tiles at shower area. Such a pity as the surrounding of this cottage are fantastic. Needs a wee bit TLC.

Having spent a very satisfactory week at Wollrig cottage in the borders. Unique handled the booking efficiently but the quality and thoughtfulness by the owner of the property was exemplary. The garden and surrounds were a joy. Well recommended for those who are fit.

Good communications, and travel guidance. Felt supported by a local agency, very happy with everything including the speed with which the housekeeping deposit was returned.

All our dealings with Unique Cottages were positive and the cottage was lovely.

The Net Store, Gardenstown is just delightful. The Woodwards had gone to great lengths to make us feel completely safe, secure and comfortable during our week's stay. We were very impressed by all the 'covid safe' measures they have put in place. The property was extremely well equipped and the balcony which looks out over the bay was definitely the icing on the cake! The perfect place to relax, unwind and also to explore the marvellous Moray coast area. Thank you so much.

Unique is a much over- used word , but Cabin Flow is unique . ( apart from Cabin Ebb next door ) . Anyone wanting a get away from it all holiday ( with excellent and hospitable owners , and an outstanding restaurant , nearby )could not do better .

The Owl house is just perfection, it is in an idyllic location allowing you to truly relax and unwind. It has been finished to the highest standard, the bespoke furniture is absolutely stunning! I must mention the mattress, which is fit for a king, a good nights sleep is guaranteed. The welcome basket is such a lovely touch along with the fresh flowers. I have stayed in many self catering properties however, this is the crème de la Crème. Hugh & Jill have created perfection and this actually deserves more than 5 Stars.

This boathouse exceeded our expectations, if you want a relaxing and tranquil break from a busy lifestyle this is perfect, lots of wildlife to watch and lovely scenery

Firstly, what a great welcome pack when you arrive with all you need from Jim & Amanda, very thoughtful. Secondly, the cottage is stunning, the inside is to such a high spec with great views of the harbour from the kitchen, cannot praise it enough. Lovely area so plenty of walks nearby, hotel less that 3 minutes walk, does great food but best booking as they are busy and the 'wee shoppie' is well stocked for all your needs.
The highlight is the cottage, we will definitely be returning. Shona & Raymond

Very nice, clean and well equipped cottage. Lovely views from balcony. Compact but had everything we needed. Pretty village with good walks nearby. Cafe and friendly pub.

Booking was very easy, staff were very helpful when I had a payment query. The cottage was beautiful and we can’t wait to go back

Smooth communications and transactions and the cottage lived up to the details on the website - in fact probably even better than imagined.

A little more detail of the equipment would be even better. For example, I didn't know that the cottage had a washing machine.
