I paid a lot of money for the song to be made in 48 hours, to have it extended to 3 minutes, be available on Spotify and have the lyrics.
I expected to get a nicely decorated lyrics document which was not the case, I have had to make up my own document. The song came back and it was perfect beat wise however some of the lyrics didn’t make any sense. I raised this with them and even gave them suggestions for own of the lyric changes. I made it very clear I just wanted the lyrics corrected and for the song beat not to change as it was perfect. When I was sent the new link the song beat was changed. I made them aware of this and told them to revert it back to the original and I would have to use the badly written lyrics reluctantly. They have amended the Spotify song back but have not done the same with the Unique song link I keep getting sent.

Their AI is no longer responsive to my chasing messages and you can’t speak with a real person. There is a place for the use of AI however customer should always have the option to speak to a human where the AI clearly is not computing.

I paid for the Spotify option as I was going to have my Alexa suddenly play the song as a way to gift it to my husband who this was for but each time I have asked Alexa to play the song I don’t even recognise it. This makes me believe that they have listed it on Spotify but it’s clearly private / locked somehow so you can’t access it like you would any Spotify song if you know the name. The AI is ignoring me so I don’t know how to get this resolved so my next step will be to speak to the bank about a chargeback as it’s not okay that they have stoped addressing my concern.
Such a shame as this has a potential to be an amazing business but the customer service is the worst.

They did an amazing job of turning my broken thoughts and feelings and turned it into the most beautiful song with exactly what I wanted to express! I was very grateful pleasantly surprised and I am so grateful I had them write my song to my son!

My song for our two girls was truly amazing! Beautiful vocal & arrangement. I’ve listened to it at least fifty times & I still tear up. Can’t wait for our grown daughters to hear it at Christmas ! It’s full of memories of our vacations. I’m expecting a lot of happy tears & some good belly laughs too. Thank u for the superb sound quality & your great support throughout the process. This company helped me express myself in a way I could not. I have strong feelings about songs and music as a way to tell stories and convey feelings. These guys just nail it. It all turned out great. Just felt like 2 seperate lines so that the story they tell is accurate. Would suggest when you filling out the questions in the beginning be as descriptive as possible. And on that I feel at least one correction could be made free of charge. BEWARE though that if your not descriptive and you change it it changes full song. But overall great experience and I will definitely do more study ngs for when the moments are right! Good work guys!

I wrote some of the main highlights of our marriage and it took me a little while to get it said the way I wanted it to because I never, ever dreamt that I would ever marry. When I sent my story in to Unique Songs, I knew it was going to be good, but man!! It was way better than good!! The songwriters did such a wonderful job of making the story sound so real! I didn’t expect such full blown love for Monty in that song. I would honestly recommend anyone who is hesitating to go ahead and do it!! You really will be glad you did it and don’t worry about some of the things you say because the songwriters will keep it very ethical, like they will mention something in the song, but they don’t give your privacy away at all!!

It was just amazing how it took my words and put them in a song that could be a hit on radio today. Highly recommend amazing quality

This company produces a quality product. The song they created perfectly captured what I was wanting...it actually went above and beyond what I could have imagined.

I made it for my husband of 45 years and we both cried when we heard it. My husband loved it so much that he decided to do one for me as well.

I will definitely use them in the future.

Also, I wanted to thank them afterwards and let them know how meaningful it was to my husband and myself and they responded with a long heartfelt message.

They already had my money, so need to write me back or to put so much thought and heart into a response, but they did.

They go the extra mile when it is not even required.

I wanted a way to show my husband how much I appreciate him and everything that he does for me. I’m going through a lot of medical problems some are life-threatening for the past 20 years. I’m doing a lot better. If it wasn’t for my husband beside me, I would not be here dedicating this song to him today. I chose this song as a way in my own words to tell him how much I appreciate him. This song is just so beautiful. Thank you UNIQUE SONG. I advise.you to make sure when you record your first song make sure you are within the time frame to revise it for no additional charge.

The song was perfect! It told the whole story about the way I feel and the way our relationship is with me only answering a few questions I don't know how you got it my real story out of just a few questions that I answered but it was great a little on the spendy side but was worth it

I cannot wait to share it with my grandson soon. The melody and the lyrics were so touching and special! The quality of the song was excellent!!
