Worst of the worst customer service

Worst of the worst customer service, NO WAY OF CONTACTING. Do not order from this company save yourself from being scammed!!!!

For the record I ordered a blade spent around $60 and they ignore my emails whilst still not have sent my item

I’m from the uk and I ordered the babyliss x tomb45 trimmer and I had messaged them on Instagram, you can email them and they got back to me very quickly but if you respond through Instagram it’s even quicker they will even answer any questions you have as they did with me, I was very impressed with their service very quick to respond and professional too, I am also very happy with the trimmer it is a very good trimmer, they even sent me the tracking info and let me know when it was coming roughly.

Ordering from Germany

I ordered the Monster Guards, the Monster Comb, the StyleCraft Saber 2.0 in white and the Saber Trimmer in white — and honestly, these products are insane.
The quality is on a different level, probably the best you can get on the market right now.

Shipping blew my mind. I expected it to take a month since it was coming from the US to Germany, but it arrived in one week. Literally not even slower than ordering inside Germany.

Customer support was also perfect. Anytime I had a question, they replied quickly and professionally.

Absolutely awesome, good guy

Hey, my name is Lilian, I've been a barber in France since 2023, and I've been buying from UniqueBarbersupply ever since I started in hairdressing!

It's amazing!
They have all the clippers we don't have here, and they're ahead of the rest of the world.
I love it and I'll recommend it whenever I need to. They often have promotional offers, and it's incredible. They respond quickly on Instagram, and honestly, it makes you want to buy from them; there are never any problems.

Forever a Loyal Customer …

There was a negative review given by a customer named Robert. You know in all honesty I was ready to submit a negative review as well not being able to get a hold of the U-Nique Barber and even was ready to cancel my order as well thinking “ I THINK I JUST GOT SCAMMED “ . UNTIL I received a personal phone call from the owner Harold. And man was I SHOCKED!!! First of all he was very apologetic and explained how busy he was and apologized numerous times. I NEVER, EVER received a phone call from an owner of a business calling to apologize for not getting to my emails in a timely manner. I tell you what, Harold is a straight-up guy. I have great respect for anyone who confesses that he was sorrowful for not getting back to me in a timely manner. He definitely redeemed himself and now I am a committed and a loyal customer that will definitely buy all my barber tools and accessories from the “ U-NEQUE BARBER” thank you Harold for restoring my faith back in trusting in your company who takes his business and his customers very SERIOUSLY. The best by far. Always comes thru with the latest and hottest drops! Even if something is not advertised on the website I can comfortably drop them a message on instagram and rest assured they’ve always managed to source me with whatever I need! Do not buy with them!!

These guys are absolutely hopeless when it comes to communication. i have emailed and emailed, have got no acknowledgement at all. I have asked to cancel my ordered due to no communication on expected dispatch date. I placed my order 8 weeks ago and haven't had one update. I knew that StyleCraft were running behind with order fulfillment but Unique's complete lack of acknowledgement after processing my payment amounts to being fraudulent. I have asked for my money to be re-imbursed and still have had no acknowledgement from them. Avoid losing your money! These guys are unethical, I will be taking my complaint further.

Awful never order from here

I placed an order for the instinct shavers it took well over a month to arrive they sent it in the wrong colour I also ordered the faper blade and they sent the wrong blade I would not recommend I’ve emailed this company many times regarding my order and I’ve only got a reply once

No Refund!

I have previously ordered from here a couple of times over the past few years to the uk and not had any major problems with anything however I made a order a couple months back for the babyliss Tomb45 set and didn’t receive them for a month and decided to cancel, I struggled to get hold of them at all and they finally replied by Instagram saying they would refund me another 3 weeks later still no refund and I cannot get in touch with them at all via email or Instagram they are purely ignoring it, will not be buying from them again and would not recommend very poor customer service

Please help him catch up on orders before you order anything else

This guy is obviously overwhelmed to the point that he can't answer emails or actually ship products in any sort of a timely fashion. I think you should do him a favor and not order anything from him until he's had a chance to catch up. I ordered a setter and am still waiting for it to ship 3 weeks later. I got the notice that the shipping label had been created 12 days after I ordered. It is now 7 more days that it is waiting on the USPS to actually get the product with no way to tell when it will actually be shipped. No answers to emails. No numbers to call.

I have orderd with unique many times in…

I have orderd with unique many times in the past and have spent thousands with him.

recently brought a new baybliss fx one clipper from him and a few month later the on/off switch snapped onit.

When I brought the issue up with him he promised we would sort a return out as it’s only a couple months old and still under warranty. Since then he has gone missing and the only time he replies is to tell me he is busy and will get back to me but never does so I am now stuck with a broken clipper and no solution.

He has always been very good at communication when you are spending money with him but as soon as there is a problem goes missing.

Communication is Key, Loyal and proud.

As a loyal customer for the last 3 years from the UK I have to credit the team at Unique barber supplies especially Mr Munoz, always sending me quality, The most recent purchase for me was the pre order on the Saber 2s it’s my first time pre ordering so I wasn’t to sure how the process would differ from all my other purchased products, when the Saber 2s landed few small parts were missing, as you should, I had reached out through Instagram and I really want it to be known that the communication was so smooth It was early afternoon here in the UK and After I’d sent the message I was called back almost instantly by Mr Munoz assuring me that I shouldn’t worry as this is only a Manufacturing error as clippers may have been packed quickly to ship to their retailers, obviously due to time difference and the international shipping (which I’m very grateful for) I have all my parts and pieces very happy with my purchase and all I can say is they take care of their customers without fail. Since I started cutting I have spent almost a couple thousand £ with them and I have nothing more than joy and gratitude with every delivery. Massive massive credit where it’s due, all I have left to say is if you shop, shop right, shop with Uniquebarbersupplies.
