Unique By Monique Ltd provides short-term rental management, interior design, and accommodation sourcing across the UK. Founded in December 2024 and based in Gloucester, the company was built on the belief that where every space becomes a story - turning ordinary properties into memorable stays and well-designed homes. We operate across three core services. As Airbnb Superhosts and verified Co-Hosts, we manage a growing portfolio of client properties across Gloucester, Bristol, and North Somerset, handling listing strategy, pricing, guest communication, and day-to-day operations - alongside two Guest Favourite properties of our own in Gloucester. Our interior design and staging service helps property owners prepare homes for market, from full design concepts to curated shopping lists and guest-ready staging. We also provide bespoke UK-wide accommodation sourcing for relocations, corporate travel, extended stays, and teams working away from home - finding the right property fast, anywhere in the UK, often at better rates than booking direct. Whatever the brief - hosting, design, or sourcing - we do the legwork so you don't have to.

Thank you for the kind words.

With children's homes there's a balance to strike: the spaces need to feel calm and welcoming for the young people living there, while being durable and compliant enough for the people running them. Colour choice does a lot of that quiet work.

It's been a genuine pleasure. Looking forward to the next project.
