Written by the company

Unique Home Furniture is a family owned business founded in 2001 by Mr. Ali. His vision was to create a furniture store where people are welcomed whole-heartedly and treated like family. With the help of his two sons, Ray and Shan, overtime he was able to make his vision come true. Rather than allowing his sons to prosper easily, he taught his sons to work humbly, help people in the community, and wear many caps on the job; from delivering furniture to managing the business. Both sons applied their business marketing skills

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a bedroom set from this store.
The delivery company damaged multiple pieces of the furniture during shipping. The damage was done to the bottom side of the boxes — the side facing the floor — making it impossible for us to see it during delivery. The boxes looked fine from the visible sides, so my husband signed the delivery paperwork.
Within five minutes of the delivery team leaving, we opened the boxes and discovered significant damage. We immediately contacted both the shipping company and the store. At first, we were told they would “try to help.” However, once they realized my husband had signed the paperwork, both companies refused to take responsibility.
We are now left with broken furniture and no resolution — simply because the damage was hidden in a way that made it impossible to detect before signing. It feels like a loophole was used to avoid accountability.
The store made promises to “do their best,” but as soon as they had an opportunity to step away from responsibility, they did. There was no real effort to stand behind their product or their customer.
Be aware: if your item arrives damaged and you don’t catch it before signing — even if the damage is intentionally hidden — you may be left with no support.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this store.
