Not great

Very slow. The iq time card is also slow and sometimes does not respond. This has no mark on People planner.
Has a lot less funcions than PP.

Wouldn't reccoment at all for care companies requiring high admin work for managers or carers

To give some reassurance, a large proportion of our users are multi-branch home care providers with thousands of carers and high daily scheduling/admin demand. They run IQ:caremanager and IQ:timecard at scale without performance issues, so what you’re seeing is not typical of the platform.

There are a number of environmental and configuration factors that can affect speed, and these are usually resolved quickly once investigated. Our Customer Success team will reach out to review your setup, check device/network settings, and make sure everything is optimised for your workload.

We’re committed to getting this right for you and supporting your team to work efficiently.

Great Support

Excellent Product and Team

We have worked with Unique for a number of years now and have built excellent working relationships with the whole team. Nigel Groves (Business Analyst) has been a wonderful asset to us an organisation and we have brokered an excellent working relationship with David, Cheryl and Elanor.

We have worked in very close partnership in developing the system to make this bespoke to our particular business needs.

The functionality of IQ:CareManager is excellent. We have used other providers in the past and, prior to Unique, viewed a number of other possibilities. Unique is by far the best system we found and meets our business needs perfectly.

We are supported by a fantastic team who are really supportive, friendly and readily available for support, especially Keeley on the Service Desk.

we would definitely recommend Unique to other organisations!

Good product, great culture

Excellent Company

We have used Unique IQ for several years now and have found them to be very pro active and supportive. They work with you to get things up and running and the support never stops. They are polite and professional at all times and nothing is ever too much.

A System And A Team You Can Rely Upon

On the rare occasions we have had any issues (usually our errors!) the speed of response has been excellent. They have always been willing to listen to suggestions for development of products and meet our business requirements.

We have used Unique IQ in our business for a number of years, and have found the programme user friendly and robust. The software has continued to be updated to meet the changing requirements within the care sector and on the few occasions we've had any issues the team at Unique IQ are very responsive and resolve any issues quickly.
