We have worked with Unique for a number of years now and have built excellent working relationships with the whole team. Nigel Groves (Business Analyst) has been a wonderful asset to us an organisation and we have brokered an excellent working relationship with David, Cheryl and Elanor.
We have worked in very close partnership in developing the system to make this bespoke to our particular business needs.
The functionality of IQ:CareManager is excellent. We have used other providers in the past and, prior to Unique, viewed a number of other possibilities. Unique is by far the best system we found and meets our business needs perfectly.
We are supported by a fantastic team who are really supportive, friendly and readily available for support, especially Keeley on the Service Desk.
we would definitely recommend Unique to other organisations!
