I have placed a simple order with yourselves for 2 products last week. Other than an automated email confirming that I placed an order and paid, I haven't had any communication from yourselves. The phone number on your website doesn't work. The phone number that shows up on your Facebook page goes to a different company that has nothing to do with you. I tried calling the mobile number you left in some of the comments in response to other unhappy customers, and it goes straight to voicemail. I've left voicemails and not heard back from you. I've sent you emails and not heard back from you. I've used the contact us form on your website and not heard back from you. Is this a scam company? I thought buying from a local Oxfordshire company would be a good idea, helping out a local business, but it just looks like I've been scammed and ripped off.
Upon further investigation it looks like this company is no longer trading, yet they have an active website that will happily take your money for an order than will not be fulfilled.

Good builders yard and supplies of all building materials. Staff helpful and knowledgeable on all matters. Mainly for builders of course, but if you're an extensive DIYer then this is the place for you on the medium and larger projects. Highly recommended.

On paper this looked like a great company to deal with but the reality has turned out to be nothing like that.

After lots of excuses they failed to deliver the slabs I ordered and paid for, and despite doing everything I can to try and get a refund from them, they have just fobbed me off with their false promises and lies. Its now 2 weeks since the slabs should have been delivered and they still haven't refunded the £800 they owe me !!

Fortunately I paid by credit card so I've been able to raise a Section 75 claim to get my money back, but I want people to know how dishonest and awful this company is.

I would certainly suggest that you think twice before using this company unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Absolutely shocking company . Turned up with dirty limestone . The delivery drivers truck broke down and left hydraulic fluid all over road and didn’t even bother to clean it up . Came back with some more delivery didn’t bother to put pack of slabs on delivery when was going to come apparently there truck broke down again . Then said they will deliver slabs end of the week . I would avoid this company at all costs . Bad customer service and bad communication. Very rude on the phone .

What can I say, nothing good, over 3 weeks ago i placed an order they cancelled it and said they didn't have the goods to send and blamed it on the website. I had already payed for the order so asked for a refund this was over two weeks ago I asked for the refund. I have contacted them with 3 emails requesting my refund. I have phoned several times. As a last attempt I phoned on Tuesday the man said he would sort it straightaway so my refund would be in my bank that afternoon or first thing the next day. Now its Saturday Guess what still no refund. Very disappointed will not deal with this company ever again. I will not be contacting them again and am now forced to do a bank charge back to try and recover my money. NOT GOOD

Made an order for some block paving, sharp sand, geotextile membrane, cement, kilndried sand provided a very very competitive price and had it delivered by midday the same day

The Manager Arthur worked out all the materials for me and gave me a total package discount that made the project very cost effective and then to my surprise they have have a plant hire sirvice ie diggers . Dumpers and there own earth muck away Team . They came and marked out all the Footings and Drainage out and then dug the foundation’s and all pipe lines and manholes and took the earth away and then stoned all the site so it is a hard surface so materials could be placed and kept clean and working space the team we’re so helpful Especially Pat And Arthur as it saved my client Thousands of pounds on skips as tipping tax is so expensive and the saving on bulk buying all the materials off them as you just give them the drawing and they work every thing out from start to completion and no waste . This is the best building supplies and staff I’ve ever dealt with and there knowledge is priceless as they saved my client a fortune and Time / we could not believe how fast there team cleared the site and pulled and concreted the footings they put the site ahead buy at least 2 to 3 weeks I Recommend this company especially Arthur as he makes everything cost effective and Pat and the team Second to None on ground works !
