Found something I think my husband will use for many years.

I would give negative stars if I could. Beware that this site is lying, they say that there are returns but I've been constantly emailing their customer service to return this bag since I don't need or want the bag. They have not replied back to my return request for 3 weeks now even though I've been following up constantly. On top of that I received a duty charge for $18 from UPS.

The bag smells awful and the leather quality is extremely cheap. It's so poorly made and wrinkles very fast. Worst bag, customer service, and they have no transparency around prices and return process. Don't take the risk of shopping here

It has been almost a month and I still have not received my order and when asked for a tracking number they did not provide one.

I accidentally purchased my bad twice after my bank flagged my first purchase as potential fraud. I didn't realize the original transaction went through. ULB's customer service emailed me to verify that I meant to duplicate my purchase. My second order was cancelled.

Was not aware of the fact that the products are coming out of Pakistan. I did not receive a confirmation of our purchase. My first purchase was excellent quality. Quality is the reason for second purchase. Communication through the purchasing process could be improved.

This whole thing has been an absolute aggravation. Although the bag that came is nice quality, the color brown is very orangey, and I wanted to exchange it for the dark brown one (Hudson laptop backpack). The phone number and address listed for Texas on the website is not legit. Calling the ph number gets you nothing but a busy signal every time, every day. Then I sent numerous emails to them to find out how to exchange it. It took them several days of back and forth to finally give me the address to return it to. It is at a school in Pakistan! And, of course, I have to pay to return it there, when I thought that I would return it to Texas if there was a problem.
The cost to return it and exchange it? They wouldn't tell me! So I am going to give it to someone, but will NEVER buy from them again!

Great People loved the backpack it's perfect. the interior lining feels soft so my laptop will be okay.

I Bought a leather handbag and at first, they sent a wrong Color the reason being orders were exchanged by the delivery guy. I messaged them and they sent me a new Handbag and I get to also keep the previous one. To me that is amazing! It was a wonderful experience
