I am just an average bloke in Australia, who places several orders a years for Uniquelook products. I have found the service to be very reliable and professional. My relationship with Uniquelooks spans over several years now and there have never been any issues. I receive my products with two weeks of being sent. Keep up the good work Uniquelooks.

I buy my hair products on line from Uniquelooks, and have to say they are great suppliers. The product always arrives within a day or so, along with some love hearts. I find them very reliable and very easy to contact.

Product was as expected, came quickly and arrived with a packet of love hearts which was really cute !!

Cant thank Uniquelooks.com enough. What pleasant people to to deal with. They never queried my complaint, they just got on with refunding me and making sure I was happy with their service, I will always use Uniquelooks in the future as their products have never let me down, Once again, Thank you so much for your kind and considerate staff.

Can't fault the service from Uniquelooks. I ordered on 21st August and my product was delivered on 26th and those 5 days included the Bank Holiday weekend! Add to that the surprise gift of some Love Hearts and I would say that was all-round brilliant service and I would recommend Uniquelooks to anyone needing hair styling products. Full marks!!

Will never pay full price (and OVERPRICED) For Kevin Murphy hair product again. Came in about 3 weeks from UK to Canada and all product was authentic, safety sealed, and a great price! Will buy again.

It was nice to receive an email advising my goods had been shipped. Especially as the email was funny and made it feel like there was a personal touch. I felt if I had to contact them I would received good service. I received the goods quickly. All in all a great experience.

My first (and I'm fairly sure last) purchase from the site was Kevin Murphy Hair Resort.

It may be that the product comes unsealed and with a somewhat dirty lid, and the minimal packaging - paid for, no less - was sufficient, given the fact that it was hair product and not unstable nuclear materials, but it's safe to say that my expectations were not met with this order.

Incredibly disappointed.
