I have now bought about 25 CDs from this company (nearly all since Jan 2021). They arrive about 2-3 weeks later, exactly as advertised. The products are delivered from Switzerland. I am particularly delighted with this company as they have continued to serve UK customers despite the extra costs and inconvenience that the UK has imposed on its citizens by leaving the EU/EEA for independent 'splendid' isolation.

Still waiting for my model for 3 months now promised 1 week. Still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!

The seller us cheater. I order a DVD on 12/01/2021 but untill today, i receive NOTHING.

Keep away from this seller.

This company advertises as 'UK', although it is based in Switzerland or Germany. I ordered a cd and once I paid they quoted 3 to 4 weeks delivery. The last delivery date was never met . They sent messages saying it was on its way, then sorry its late , then it would be another two weeks.
When contacted , they said it was posted weeks ago and must be lost in the post. I have requested a refund but doubt their intent.
I cannot recommend this company.

Cd as described at fair price, delivery took longer than anticipated but turned out it was despatched from Germany, not UK, plus its Christmas Post affected so I'm not bothered.

Ordered an item on 25th November 2020.
The confirmation stated delivery dat should be around 4th December. Gairly quick after ordering the status was" send". Now almost a moth in the way. Contacted the vendor. They replied with" it must have been delivered to one of your neighbours" Had already checked that myself.....After that reply, no response anymore...

Worhtless vendor...

I recently ordered a ps4 game from them. The delivery was very quick and arrived much sooner than the estimated date. Only thing was that it was advertised as 'UK' and ended up being an Arabic copy.

Ordered game for PS4 and said it was dispatched by end of August 2020 and at the beginning of December 2020 still nothing - do not use!! No goods arrived.

Keep well clear by the time you get a delivery it will be out of date,

Cd ordered begin november. Should have arrived at the latest 6 december. Amazon says probably lost. Send 3 mails to seller. Still no reply. Probably money down the drain. Would advice against ordering there. I'm not the only this has happened to.

A DVD buyed since one month and i'm waiting for this.
The customer is in swiss and there is no tracking for the order.

Ordered a DVD for my daughter for Christmas...the item shipped on November 30th, 2018. It is now January 4th, 2019 and STILL no DVD! I mean where is this product coming from, Timbuktu?? Awful service, just awful!!

Very very slow - one dvd ordered 18 days ago is still "on the way" and will not be here for Christmas. They supply no tracking information so you can't tell if it's actually been sent or has been sent by the slowest of slow boats. Apparently will be here at the end of three weeks - not sure what to give my father on Christmas Day now.
They do advertise a window of two to five weeks - and it looks like the longer is more likely. Be very careful when ordering through Amazon - if you're actually ordering from these people then you'll be waiting a long time.

Useless! Initially messaged to say order had been dispatched, then the next day messaged to say it was out of stock. Then took 3 days to verify whether it had in fact shipped or had indeed been cancelled. In the interim, the price of the item elsewhere had almost doubled. There is no point in Amazon utilising companies like this...
