To be very clear I am very much satisfied the way Uniquetrip's Customer Service People have guided me. I have been guided by Mr. Pradeep Kumar, who have guided me like my own brother. I was looking for a better deal in the internet in various portal like Yatra, MakeMyTrip and many more to visit USA in the next month i.e. March 2017. We were looking for multi-city AIR ticket booking from Hyderabad to USA . When we were searching from the website for cheap tickets, a chat window popped up from uniquetrip site. I was browsing for fares from India to the US, when I happened to come across this website. The reason they were actually able to get my attention was because the minute their browser opened, a small chat window also opened and I was asked if i needed any assistance.
I just put my requirements for the heck of it.... not expecting much, but to my pleasant surprise, Yogesh continued to search for flight options for me. After a while I sensed that he was making a genuine effort to find me the best options with so much patience.
It got pretty late in the day and he followed up next day as well with everything he had worked out for me. We were able to close out on something that I was very happy with.
Honestly it was an absolute pleasure to work with a Yogesh .... and I would highly recommend their services to all my friends going forward.
My family has several trips to make this year.... and guess who we're going to directly now? :-)

First Time experience with Unique trip
I was looking for AIR ticket booking from Hyderabad to USA ( Raleigh/Durham) international travel. When I was searching from the website for cheap tickets, I saw a chat window popped up from uniquetrip site. I got clarified all my questions, like travel time, pricing, travel dates, AIRLines preference etc. The discussion went on for almost 4 hours. Finally they provided me the ticket that matched all my requirements.
Because this is the first time I was dealing with this site, I had a doubt for payment of Rs73,577. I asked the same question to Ashish who helped me. THen he gave me an option, instead of paying full amount just pay Rs 2000 and the remaining baalance can be paid after the ticket is confirmed in the AIRLINES website. I booked AIRINDIA tickets I did the same thing. I am extremely happy the kind of support I got from unique trip sustome support team.
I strongly recommend to every one who would like to book their AIR tickets UNIQUETRIP should be their first choice. It is very much genuine site.
