Always wrong Pack Point, it's not impossible to fix it!!!

Should have recieved delivery on Februar 17 and 18, but still nothing on the 21. They use the excuse that they have very high volume of packets so they are late, never use them. Hopesoon to get my delivery so i maybe can change my review here.

My package arrived on Friday to them and after the weekend it just sat there for five working days, and nothing more.

People there dont speak estonian correctly, they lost my package and cant fix it properly.
Dont reconmend at all.

Really bad service, packages just got lost in time. If you ever wanna recieve your package, use other services like Dpd, omniva cuz eith this one you stuck in time forever

My package stuck at their storage for 2 weeks, after what the courier called just once and disappeared. Can’t reach him, no idea when I will receive my package and where it is now, like NOTHING clear!! Poor service quality, highly recommend to avoid them.

I ordered package and it should come between 20-31 may but its already 6 of june and its still not here

I think this company bit off more than it can chew. 3 times now Tēmu have paide for late delivery and once for a complete refund. What happened to good old Itella? When something arrived in Vilnius it was delivered either next day or the day after. Packages sit in their warehouses for days without moving. I think Tēmu has had enough of them now. They seem to have gone back to DPD.

I ordered the item with Unisend on May 20th and today is May 31st, but I still haven't received my item. It usually takes four to five days to receive a similar order.

The worst company in Estonia, my package should've arrive before 20th May, I had gift there, which I need before 3rd June, I ordered items on May 2nd, on 19th May my package arrived in Estonia, today is 27th, I call their customer support second time, and second time I hear "we have delay, you can't do anything about it" fun that even people in Estonia prefer not to work for them. Now I refunded whole order because I dont need it anymore, fun time for Unisend to deal with this issue now. :)

Totally a scam, their prices are fake!
