I recently bought a Photon city step through electric bike. It arrived on time, really well packaged too.
It rides really well and the lights are very bright.. It’s a solid bike and well worth the money compared to other prices😜
The customer service is A1, so don’t hesitate, just buy. My sister-in-law has just ordered one too when she saw how good it looked and rode.

I recently bought 2 photon bikes for my wife and I, unfortunately there was a problem with the battery on my bike so I contacted the place where I bought them explained the problem I was having bye that evening they had turned up with a replacement battery no question asked, amazing service can't fault them at all very happy thank you guys

Ordered a bike at lunchtime and they delivered it personally that evening. You can't beat that. So far product appears to be excellent . Have only just put it together and ridden it up and down the road so far do good.

Ordered a bike from these guys, unfortunately it was faulty. They drove from Essex to West Wales to deliver a new one personally!! That's a 6 HR drive, now that's what I call service.

Recently, I bought MTB electric bike from these. Fantastic experience. It's great to ride with assistance mode, especially up hills. I am going to use this for my daily activities. And also the customer care is superb.

Got a chunky e-bike with super fat tyres from these guys. It's awesome.

The bike stands out in a crowd and really gets a lot of attention (so make sure you have secure locks!). The big tyres and suspension make it a super comfortable ride. The battery life is also excellent: Did a 20 mile ride using assist where needed and the power meter was just dropping down from max at the end. Hills were a dream to ride up, and a thrill to ride down!

I'd definitely buy from them again!

We got 2 bikes last week and been riding all around Crawley and it is super comfortable and great fun. 👍

We did a 20mile ride into Worth way (country side/forest) and the bike was very smooth, both on road and off road. The electric assist is great, up the steep climbs and hardly used up any battery. Very impressed.

Highly recommend the bikes. The bikes were delivered with great care and the seller was very helpful while building the bikes.

High level of customer service I have ever experience in dealing with people and businesses. They’re friendly and possesses great characteristics of how business should be done.
