I experienced a payment issue where a duplicate PayPal Pay in 30 Days transaction was created for a single order. I contacted Unisport support and received a response very quickly.
Marie from the customer service team investigated the issue, confirmed the payment error, and arranged the refund immediately. The refund was processed the same day, and I also received confirmation from PayPal.

The fact that I cant return a football…
The fact that I cant return a football shirt with an actual players print because its printed is so strange. Regardless if its a famous players number, you should have the option to return/change size.. I’d understand if it was a custom order but it wasn’t.

Shipping Delays and Poor Communication
I’m disappointed with my experience. The website stated shipping would take 1–4 business days, which is why I placed my order for an upcoming race. However, my order was not shipped until about a week after it was placed. During that time, the tracking information only showed that a label had been created, which made it difficult to know when the package would actually be sent. While the item eventually shipped, the delay and lack of clear communication were frustrating. More accurate shipping estimates and proactive updates would greatly improve the customer experience.
