The reliability of the host unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired, as it has frequent downtimes, which can of course be extremely frustrating for users. However, on the days when the host is available, it performs well and meets expectations.

In addition, I ordered another game server a week ago, which I have not yet received. This delay is disappointing and it reinforces my impression of the unreliability of the service. In addition, I have not yet received a refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused, which further increases my dissatisfaction.

Overall, I would give the host 3 out of 5 stars because when it works, it provides good service. However, due to the frequent downtime and delay in providing the server I ordered, I have to lower my rating to 1 out of 5 stars. I hope the provider addresses and improves these issues in the future to ensure a more reliable user experience.
