United Internet have completely destroyed Fasthosts's reputation

Fasthosts was a well respected UK company but this German company buys them out and completely removes any semplence of support.
You can no longer respond to a support ticket and when you get support on the telephone you have to continually repeat yourself because English is not their first language AND they DON't KEEP ANY NOTES so on three days i have had to repeat the details of the problem and still it is not fixed after 8 days.
