I will write in English....

I will write in English, as my written German is poor.
U-Kiosk seems to be the only way to access European language journals (down with Brexit). I think the concept is good, although I would prefer a physical copy of Flugzeug Classic.
The downtime could have been handled better, with more information. Emails were returned with a standard, unvaried response. I think an apology and a temporary discount would have been more suitable.

A ghost shop ... no reaction, no bibliothek available, nothing!

Shop not available anymore as well as all "old" magazine issues (all paid in advance!) - no answer to several e-mails - no reaction - nothing! It´s a real mess with this "shop", I will never act with them again!

Answer today - November 18, 2024 - after 5 weeks of no availability ... a hacker attack. But my e-mail to the again named e-mail address was not read, came back from Ireland?!?!?!? I do not have any trust to this shop. But I want all my bought magazines back!
