First time I have ever bought a bike via the internet and had to put it together.
Before I bought I phoned and emailed the shop and got some advice from them. This advice was great and very helpful with my purchase.

My son loves his new bike and that’s what matters!

For him being left handed and this bike is only for the skate park I have not connected the brake in the box. This was his wish (back brake on right side). As a parent my only concern is that I would have liked both brakes attached to the handle bars and the only a final cable connection to be needed on assembly. Then he would have the option to use a bike for school. Another reason it’s not connected is it’s a bit to cheep in quality. If in the future I do put a front brake on I will buy a better quality one.

For the price we paid it’s a great bmx! It’s my sons first bike he bought himself.

These guys are awesome plain and simple. I was looking for a very particular item here in the United States and I couldn’t find it. When I had received a email from Royal Mail that my package was not going to be delivered, Tom Horton replied to my email and got it sorted out for me. This was my first time ordering something from over seas and United and 4Down made it a real pleasure.
