Customer Service was excellent when my package was lost in the mail. The hat is really nice as well. I highly recommend them if you're thinking about buying something!

The products themselves are excellent. Thick cotton, really lovely quality and the embroidery is detailed. Will be ordering again.

My only issue is with communication - my item was delayed (at their end, not delivery) but this wasn't communicated to me so I had to follow up a couple of times so maybe they need some minor improvements, just in how they notify customers etc. However, the products were definitely worth the wait and customer service was polite so not going to drop any stars!

Such wonderful products and brilliant customer service. They were so quick to sort out a small item delivery mishap. It gave such reassurance that they are a genuine brand and I will absolutely be purchasing more from them. The quality of the caps is wonderful. Do not hesitate to buy from them as they are fantastic!

I can’t fault this company at all. The products themselves are amazing quality, but what really stood out was the customer service. High quality materials used, and a really nice small business - sweatshirt still looking great months later. Customer service in shop was flawless. Only downside is the price tag - I'd be a more regular repeat customer if it was slightly more affordable

THEY GOT GARMENTS TO ME ON TIME WHEN IN BRIGHTON ON A VISIT TO MY DAUGHTER

When I visited Brighton, the ladies in the shop were very polite and welcoming and I brought two items from them. I then decided to buy more for Christmas presents online. Product was great quality, hasn't faded after being washed multiple times and arrived within a very reasonable time.

High quality materials and embroidery. Like the unique logo and customisation.

Brilliant company amazing quality, we’ve brought beautifully stitched socks, T-shirts we have been using them for gifting for friends and family … all has gone down a real treat.

My husband and son love their shoes and although we had to change both sizes ( go up a size), Charlotte in customer service, plus the convenience of an “exchange” option on the returns slimade this so quick and easy for us. Great product, lovely people.

Such an amazing product! I ordered two t-shirts back in August, one of which with a custom design of our dog and it was brilliant! The quality of the t-shirts were great with nice structure and weight. The customer service we had from Eugene was genuinely amazing.

We visited the shop in Brighton and purchased a lovely t-shirt. Great, friendly service. Unfortunately it was too big, however the customer service to return and exchange this item was excellent. Clear, efficient communication and nothing was too much trouble. Very impressed.

But I have to ask about the shipping…. It Took 1.5month to get it to Norway. Even I’ve sent a couple of emails without any luck. Then the coast, oh my lord. I’ve paid over 120dollar just in shipping and taxes.
