After reading the reviews, I decided to use this service for a car delivery. Just sent a car from West to East Coast.

Customer Service: Great job and friendly drivers. You can call the hotline to get an update of status of delivery.
Delivery: Delivered on time as informed
Price: pricing was similar to a few other companies but base on the feedback, i felt more safe. There were other companies that offered cheaper about but seem skeptical. Therefore base on an educated guess, i went with the higher price and reliable feedback transporter. You get what you pay for. If it sound to good to be true, it's not.

Transaction was quite easy and quick. Payment was charged on my credit card. I would highly recommend this company if anyone wants toTransport a Vehicle.

I moved my car from Florida to Dallas. Getting it there was a challenge. I hired a local company in Florida to move it because I liked their low quote. That was a mistake.

What I found out was these guys bid so low they couldn't pay anyone to move my car and when it came time to pickup the car, no one would do it. I was supposed to be in Dallas on Thursday and my car was supposed to be waiting there for me. Not a chance. PLUS they wanted to keep my deposit FOR DOING NOTHING.

I had to find another company who could help me out quick - and someone that would really do the job like they promised. I called and spoke with a couple more companies and liked United Car Shipping the most. Joe was a huge help and kept his promises. He walked me through the entire process, picked up when he said they would and dropped off on time.

It was a relief to get my car in Dallas and even though the car was four days past it's original departure date, it was to Dallas faster than it would have been had the other yo-yos shipped. I only had to rent a car for two days and couldn't be happier with everything Joe did to make things flow as smoothly as they could.

I highly recommend United Car Shipping for any car transportation services you need. These guys get the job done and communicate well through the whole process. I have nothing but good to say about them, especially since there are obviously other companies out there that just want to steal your money.

I had to move my car across the US with almost NO notice. However Chris was very kind and helped us on every step of the way! He made to sure to keep checking in on me. Overall I will use this company whenever I need to move my car again!

Joe was great, quoted and communicated very fast, found a car within 3 days but unfortunately my husband decided not to buy the car we planned on transporting and we had to cancel. I am sorry Joe!
