United First Class Moving and Storage…
United First Class Moving and Storage are Fraudsters. They told me my $500 deposit is refundable if I cancel. I cancelled and not a refund for no service. I tried to rebook for next month and they added $1200 to my original quote! They are crooks go to BBB and see they have kept thousands of dollars and don't give people a service keep their deposits for nothing. I am disgusted that this 2 year old company owned by Jillian Collins is taking peoples hard earned money. Somebody need to do something. They won't last robbing people.
Sales Harassment and Profanity
We requested an interstate moving quote and were contacted by a representative of United First Class Moving and Storage.
After answering preliminary questions, we were transferred to another representative who demanded a full address before providing a quote. When we asked why a ZIP code was insufficient for an initial estimate, the representative became hostile and accusatory, insisting we had stated this was a “for sure move,” despite clarifying we were comparing options.
The representative then provided an inflated quote, which we declined. She responded by mocking our voices and hanging up.
When we called back to request the representative’s name, the same individual answered, stated “Oh, it’s you again,” and disconnected. On a subsequent call, a male representative answered and shouted profanities (“F*** you”) before hanging up.
The company refused to identify its employees, engaged in harassment and profanity, and appears to operate without a transparent business presence. This conduct raises concerns of deceptive solicitation and abusive sales practices.
Brooke and Jacob are straight liars
Brooke and Jacob are straight liars. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER. All they do is lie to you about cost, when the movers show up you will pay more than they quoted and leave you hanging. Horrible people!
Scammer
Scammer! Impersonates other moving companies and has you Venmo $1000 minimum! They are not legitimate. The website is not real, The phones are not yo the business. Run!
Trustworthy
I was recommended to this company and I ordered their services. They are very trustworthy!
Our furniture and stuff not arriving
Last July 27th 2025 they picked up the furniture and stuff. They told me will be there in Texas from California about 2 weeks to 30days. So We waiting for our furniture and stuff for 62 days! They are not showing up. My husband called them few times. Then We call the lawyer. Bad business!
Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware – Dishonest and Unprofessional Company
I had a terrible experience with United First Class Moving and Storage and strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution. This company operates more like a scam than a legitimate service provider. My initial contact was with Grant, who made the offer sound like a great deal. He assured me that 932 cubic feet would be more than enough space for my 5-bedroom home, which turned out to be completely false. I trusted his professional-sounding advice, only to find out later that 932 cubic feet barely covers a small bedroom. I had already moved most of my belongings myself in a 1700 cubic foot U-Haul, which cost $2,500—significantly cheaper and more spacious than what this company offered.
After I paid, I was told that because my reservation had an “open date,” it was non-refundable—a crucial detail that was not disclosed by Grant during our conversation. Only later did a supervisor clarify this. It felt intentionally deceptive. I also spoke with Brooke, who repeatedly confirmed that the space would be sufficient, despite my concerns. Unfortunately, she also seemed uninformed and unhelpful.
After everything was supposedly arranged, I was told last minute that I needed to pay for an additional 400 cubic feet—costing $2,000 more—because “prices had gone up.” This was after I had already paid thousands and had most of my items moved independently. My total with them came to $4,000, and they attempted to increase it again to $6,000. When I refused, they told me that anything that didn’t fit would be left behind.
The movers who finally arrived were not part of United First Class Moving and Storage at all, but a third-party moving company they contracted. My belongings were loaded haphazardly and unprofessionally, and the communication between the broker (First Class) and the movers was clearly lacking. Items I had explicitly excluded were somehow still included, leading to further cost disputes. When my items finally arrived—faster than expected, in about 10 days instead of 3 weeks—several boxes and totes were damaged, and it appeared that my items had been transferred to a different truck at some point.
In summary, this company:
Misrepresented cubic footage needed for the move
Failed to disclose non-refundable terms
Raised the price after I committed
Provided unprofessional third-party movers
Damaged some of my belongings
And was dishonest throughout the entire process
I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this in hopes of helping others avoid the nightmare I experienced. Please do your own research and don’t rely solely on what their representatives tell you. There are reputable moving companies out there—this is not one of them.
We called for a quote... rude.
We called for a quote, being that they were our first call we thanked them for their time and told them we would be in touch if we decided to move forward.
Grant's tone immediately changed and he was verbally nasty and hung up on me.
Do not use this company.
***The response from the company is a complete and total lie. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Don't take just my word for it though, Grant is mentioned BY NAME in other negative reviews.

Choose United First Class always
I used their services sometime, 3 months ago and I could be more than happy. Very professional and nothing was destroyed during the move.
DO NOT USE!! Absolute nightmare!
Absolute nightmare!! Super nice up until they have your belongings, then they charge more (based on claiming your inventory was more than the paperwork estimate — which I had no way of disproving), and don’t live up to any agreements. Just shady and awful to an extreme. I should have shipped all my stuff by UPS and just rented a moving truck for the bigger items, it would’ve cost about the same and had less breakage.
SO MANY OF MY THINGS WERE DESTROYED! Broken items include my heirloom china, my chest freezer, the cover on our $600 grill, irreplaceable framed art, a 6-foot cat tree, and a statue that was a gift to my husband — and I haven’t even finished unpacking! I couldn’t file a damage claim because they never answered my phone calls, once they had my money!!
Bruce is a scammer
Bruce messed up on his first estimate of $4600, then called back and new quote was $11500. When moving company showed up they wanted another $3500. Company is a scan. One of the works said they did the same thing to another lady the day before
Bait-and-Switch Broker
Bait-and-Switch Broker — Not a Real Moving Company
I was misled into booking with United First Class Moving & Storage (actually a broker operating under Bellhop Moving Services LLC). A rep named Grant Weiss pressured me into paying a $1,500 deposit immediately with promises that:
They were a licensed moving carrier (not true — they’re a broker)
I could cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours before my move
The quoted price of $4,500 was guaranteed
All of this was false. The contract contradicted every verbal promise. It said the price could change, the deposit was non-refundable, and arbitration wasn’t offered — even though that’s required under Florida law. No mover was ever assigned. I canceled far in advance, but they refused a refund and then threatened legal action when I disputed the charge.
They’ve done no work, provided no services, and charged me $1,500 for a phone call. I’ve reported them to the FTC, FMCSA, CFPB, Florida Attorney General, NJ Consumer Affairs, and Chase Bank for misrepresentation and fraud.
🔍 Important Note: Many of the “positive” reviews you’ll see online appear fake or manipulated. Real consumer complaints are buried under glowing but suspiciously vague 5-star reviews — many of which sound like they were written by employees or bots. Don't fall for the “verified” tag alone — pay attention to the patterns.
Do your homework and read the 1-star reviews carefully. They all say the same thing. This is not an honest business.
Warning: Bait & Switch
They are professional and nice only until they have your money. I went through everything with the representative and told her specifically what I was moving. The movers were supposed to arrive early, but they arrived at 11:30PM. Upon arrival the movers refused to take all my things. I had to turn them away. I called customer service the next morning and the employees Brook and Jacob were highly unprofessional and rude.
Bait and switch
In the beginning, they are very nice and very helpful and lots of communication. They make you trust them. Then when you’re waiting for your stuff, they are missing an action. When I booked this contract that I paid $8500 for I specifically and consistently asked about the delivery date because it was extremely important to my moving window. They consistently told me just when you’re ready for delivery call and then it will be taken care of within a couple of days. Now I understand that I moved from Pennsylvania to Arizona and I understand that it takes the moving guys a few days to get here. However, it has almost been a week and they haven’t even put my stuff in the semi truck to be delivered. And now they don’t answer the phone, they don’t answer their text messages and basically they steal your money. I spent $8500 and I’m stuck in Arizona with nothing and I’m starting a new job here soon. This is immoral and I don’t understand How they can justify their actions.
First Class...More like Bottom Rate
I doubt this review will make a difference. First off, the gentleman I first dealt with was amazing and polite. Once he had to take a medical leave, the customer service basically took a dog dump downward. I moved to Oregon from Texas. My things were picked up on June 3rd. This comes after I made the schedule with them to have my belongings to me by June 11. The driver himself even stated and signed the shipping papers, delivery June 11. Keep in mind that the contract papers also state that they have 7-21 business days to deliver. However, if you commit to a day and write it down, that's considered an amendment to your contract. They did not adhere to it. Instead, June 11 comes, and I hear nothing from the company. I called and got the rudest lady on the line. Her attitude was very much non-professional. She explained the 7-21 days to deliver. I explained what the driver wrote and agreed to. She told me I needed to call the moving company then. The way I see it, if I contracted you and subbed out to a trucking company, then it's up to you to call and find out, not me. But I called anyway. Their company was just as bad. Short answers and rude. They then promised my things would be delivered by the following week. I called again after not hearing from them. Same rudeness from both ends again. Again, they promised the following week. Nothing again. By the end of that week, I called the man I originally dealt with to see if he was back and ended up talking to their upper manager. After explaining everything to him, he transferred me to the same rude lady. How fortunate that her attitude disappeared instantly, and I received a call from the movers that my things would be delivered by July 7 in the morning. I work in construction, so I deal with schedules all the time. I've never known a company that makes deliveries to not have a schedule and simply "wing it" with people's belongings. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
I would not recommend this company to…
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am currently awaiting delivery of my items and have not been able to speak with anybody from the actual moving company. Nobody's responding to emails, calls or messages. Once I reached out to United first class moving company to help reach the movers the customer service representative was incredibly unhelpful, hostile, interrupted me at every turn, and eventually hung up on me. When I attempted to call somebody else to at least get the correct contact information from the movers I was transferred to a voice message still. Would never recommend this moving broker to anyone. Hopefully I received my items.
I wish I could give a zero!!!
I wish I could give a zero but not an option. I booked a move and was asked what I was going to move. I listed off everything we were moving and was given a quote. Since I'm a normal person I didn't know the cubic feet was not even close to what I was going to need. When I called in to schedule the date of the move they told me I was only getting 6 feet of space on the truck. I asked how given the items I gave, which were included in the quote. They said they couldn't explain it. Would refund the money I paid even though they were at fault for it.
I would give no stars
I would give no stars! Before the move I provided a video of all the things that we were moving. The movers get here late then starts looking around. They want add extra for moving box springs and boxes of which I said from the beginning we had 80! Then they tell us we cant keep clothes in the drawer proceed to add an additional 2700 dollars for a king size bed set that they knew was supposed to be in the move. After they already received 2600 dollars from us another 2600 due PLUS another 2700 for a king size bed! This is not an honest company to do business with!!! Do NOT GET SCAMMED. Coincidentally I also could no longer get ahold of Grant who helped in the move and the video he saw after they took my money!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Please save yourself the headache while moving. I NEVER leave reviews but this company is just a straight up FRAUD. They pushed my move around so many times, and tried to confirm they could still come the next day at 2am????? Everytime they missed when they said they’d be here, I would have to call them. Finally I was annoyed and said “you know, you guys really just need to do better at communicating” and the lady flipped out on me and said I was being over the top. They never communicated, and blame it on the drivers! The drivers are just listening to them!!!!! I called a driver and they literally said this is the worst company they’ve ever worked for and recommended I just get a U Haul. The final time they said they were 25 minutes away, then the movers called and said they were 3 hours away. Make it make sense! Customer service then THREATENED my stuff and said I need to watch how I speak to them because the movers work for them and I don’t want to make them angry. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
I normally never write a negative review but my experience with this company was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I called to get a quote and ended up booking with them. I put a $1,250 deposit down with United First Class Moving and Storage. I called 2 days later to cancel and receive a refund. On the website it says if you cancel within 72 hours you will get a refund. The person I spoke to said he was out of the office and will contact me back in about an hour. I didn’t hear anything back so I called in again. I spoke with the same person and he said he was in contact with billing to process refund. I was suppose to get a call back with a confirmation but never did. I called back several times and couldn’t believe the customer service. This company hung up the phone on me countless times when I inquired about a refund. I finally was able to speak with someone and they said I didn’t send an email confirming my cancellation. Why didn’t the person I spoke with 2 days after booking tell me I need to send an email? Anywho, what’s the difference? Just a lame excuse to steal my money. I explained I called in and cancelled within 72 hours. Conveniently their calls aren’t recorded. They basically called me a liar and refused a refund. They also said they already dispatched someone for my move and paid for all the moving supplies. What company would dispatch a moving truck and pay for supplies when I never even gave them a date. I said in the beginning the earliest would be about 4 months out. Of course that was a lie. They also said the dispatch and supplies cost them $1,250, not buying it. I’m currently in discussion with an attorney to get the money back that was stolen from me. Don’t use this company! The worst customer service I’ve ever received and they don’t go by there policy. I wish I would’ve read the poor reviews prior to calling them. I repeat, DON’T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
