Dubai and Maldives here we come 2/2024!
My husband and I are planning to go to a once in a lifetime travel trip, and I came across this trip to Dubai and Maldives from United Traveller. I contacted them, and Elsie Jeff was the one who assisted me. Elsie was prompt in responding to my emails, phenomenal in her job in giving me other options in the trip and booking them, as well as giving me trip saving tips.
Best of all, she is giving me reassurance that it will be the best trip ever.

If anybody thinking about it already making a reservation with these people DO NOT DO IT!!!!! FAKE COMPANY…If you already made reservations check your flight and EMAIL HOTEL For CONFIRMATIONS. NO Hotel had any reservations under our name. And They Was Giving Us A Hard Time Going Back And Forth About Our MoneyWe paid. We had emails with reservation numbers that were not valid. Thank God we caught on before our trip! I Would of been livid going to the airport late nights looking stupid

The worst experience I could have ever…
The worst experience I could have ever imagined. I booked Dubai/Maldives trip and paid in full 2 and 1/2: months ago, was rushed to put a review. I constantly asked about my flight PRN and all vouchers for my trip. I got my PRN and saw i was booked on Emirates. Got my hotel vouchers like a month ago. My gutt feeling said check your flight 2 days ago.. used the PRN and it doesn't exist anymore, called the hotel in Dubai, they don't have my reservations. I was furious and in tears. I contacted Elsie and the reply was "I'm working on it" what? I've requested a refund and it will take 14 days. I have this agent my money and never delivered anything. Fraudulent, scam at its highest. I've a lawyer ready to sue this agent. I've to plan again my 60th Birthday vacation..disappointed to the core. Don't use this travel agent. My lawyer is furious and there is no words for such dishonesty. If I had not looked..I would have been stuck at the airport with no reservations. United Traveller please don't scam people from their hard earned money and continue to lie. I am going to report this to IATA.. and will sue for the distress you caused me.

Birthday celebration at Male
My husband and I planned our recent honeymoon with Elsie from United Traveller. She made the process smooth, seamless, and stress free! Once we chose our destination Maldives. She handled everything from flights, to transport from the airport, accommodations and even activities and excursions. Everything was on one itinerary that we were able to print out and take with us, and included detailed descriptions about our trip. The resort, amenities and service were amazing, and the food was over the top phenomenal! Claudia at Siyam Olhuveli, was our resort ambassador. She gave us her phone number upon check-in and stayed in communication with us via text message throughout our stay to book dinner reservations, answer questions, and even helped me plan a private dinner on the beach as a surprise for my husband's birthday! While we were at dinner, she surprised both my husband and I by decorating our room with balloons and leaving birthday cake. I am very much impressed with United Travellers’ service rendered by Elsie. She did a great job 😍😍😍

I was looking for the cheapest flight for my summer holiday. Got in touch with a couple of companies within a couple of days but was not happy with them, they try to just sell you something rather than finding you the best flight and broken promises of giving you a callback!!!
Got a number online, phoned up, and was served by a brilliant travel agency staff named Mathew Jones. Magiccc! He sorted it out within 15 minutes, finding the best and cheapest flight then sending me a confirmation email while we were on phone and got it confirmed. Ace! 🫡
