Scam, buyer says he's gonna come get the vehicle and asks for a report from this site (buyer then doesn't turn up anyway).
The site sends you a report with info that is freely available from more official channels. AND they got some of the info wrong!! :-)
They also say in the email that because they sent you the report in an adequate timeframe, you're not entitled to a refund.
Too late, my bank has already refunded :-)
