Despite my frustration and annoyance with Unity Trust over a login problem their customer liaison representative, Tom, was amazing and helped solve a problem that had frustrated me for weeks. He listened patiently and advised me what to do, he also went beyond my expectations and tracked old emails and sorted out a tangled web of information and resolved the issue, so a great big thanks to Tom.

I called customer services for help with an account problem. Elise who answered the call was friendly, helpful and efficient. I have always had excellent service from Unity's customer services and this was another example of this.

Twice I've been told by the Customer Service Operator to send an email to the us@unity... address but, both times, I get a response saying that I should not using that email address! The opening page in the Customer Hub gives that email address as a way of contacting Unity! What is going on...?!!!

Spoke to Tom today on several matters on two organisations. Incredibly knowledgeable about the systems and forms and met all the needs, questions and requirements. Only wish they were open 7 days instead of 5, as many clerks work weekends, but happy with service and happy to recommend.

I'm a treasurer for a local group. Had a problem with our additional accounts being inactive. Spoke to Jai Rajput and he, professionally and quickly, resolved the issue. Would definitely recommend Unity to other small organisations.
Bebe was super helpful and kind and friendly in helping me set up my access to the charity account that I needed to be set up on.

Dan in customer services was extremely helpful in enabling me to access my account whilst on holiday and away from my landline for security codes.

Solid online banking services for nonprofits. Customer service (Jai - recently) friendly and efficent. Unity could improve setting up processes for signatories and credit cards are a bit clunky and open hours are limited.

Draconian banking in the 21st century. It's like going back to the 80s. No instant transfers, full sign ins every time no finger print recognition etc..
Very inflexible compared to the banks in 2025. A little effort and it could easily be brought into the 21st century.
I get how important security is in today's world. So many scammers everywhere but that's the world we now live in. The need for a phone signal to sign in is incredibly inconvenient when you work in remote locations. So many other options. Finger print, face scan, authenticator apps....... Come on, surely you can help service customers who work in remote locations.

I'm the Responsible Finance Officer for a small Parish Council who bank with Unity Trust.
Earlier today I was in contact with Kulvindar, a member of their Support Team regarding an issue that was creating quite major problems. Initially, it appeared that the problem could only be resolved by following a complicated path which would have caused a lot of work on my part. However, Kulvindar searched every possible avenue and was eventually successful. She is a great asset to the Bank.

I spoke with Dan today regarding an issue I had with a bank account. He was extremely helpful and happily sorted it straight away. Thank you Dan
Spoke to Jai Rajput at Unity Bank regarding a business account I am a signatory on. He patiently listened to my issue and then resolved it straight away. He offered sensible advice on how to avoid the issue moving forwards. He was extremely polite and patient with me, which I appreciated.
Dan was a pleasure to talk to. Very friendly and was able to answer my question straight away. It's so nice to deal with human beings and not bots. It's never a chore phoning Unity.
Jai was suberb in his assitance. He was generous in giving me time to find the information I needed showing a tolerance given my faffing around that was really kind. I Have had a good experience when interacting in the past too.
Jai was super helpful, resolving my request straight away without any both.
I spoke to Jai about setting up a savings accounts and a current account. He was very helpful and explained everything well.
