The payments are always hours late- this can be very disruptive when paying for services via mobile money, there is little utility in using this app when trying to pay for a good in a shop etc. I made a payment at 5pm and the purchase was recieved at 2am - thankfully I know the merchant. I’ll be looking for a more reliable app
