Well, it’s been more than one year since I placed an order for an small shelve (150€) for my bathroom, an it never arrived. I have reclaimed several times, and althoug they have answered me asking for my bank account and tell me that they will give my money back, it never occurs. It has been four reclamations until now.
Never buy at this online shop, it is a scam.

Took 6 months to dispatch my order. It never arrived. Asked them to refund it because I no longer wanted it. REFUSED to refund the parcel and kept pushing I accept it. Then STOPPED all contact with me for 4 months solid. Ended up having to accept a new delivery and they magically responded within 24hrs. Just goes to show they are ignoring people and in my opinion, are thieves. Will have to try and sell product to make back some money on it.
